Never Received My Items

I brought an item on the 5th September and apparently it was despatched on the 6th.

My parcel is now missing and the tracking from royal mail states that they are still waiting to receive it.

I have sent 2 emails and 1 message on there Facebook page and noone has gotten back to me.

Could you imagine spending your hard earned money, not receiving what you've paid for and then ignored.

I don't even want the items anymore as I won't be able to wear them for the event I planned it for.

I want my money back Apricot or I'm just going to have to take it up with the bank.

Customer Services simply do not respond…

Customer Services simply do not respond at this company. In the last month I have used the online contact form twice, emailed the customer services email, and the complaints email. I've allowed the requested 4 to 5 business days each time, but I have not had one single response from Apricot. Looking at other reviews here it seems I am not the only one who has been ignored. I paid for a service (next day delivery) which was not delivered (item arrived late) and Apricot have not responded at all to my request for a refund, after I returned the item (which someone else had to take delivery of on my behalf, as the item was not delivered on time). Disappointing all round.

Faulty dress. Bad customer service

Purchased 2 dresses from Apricot. Removed tags then spotted a fault with the fabric on both dresses. I couldn’t believe it. I have messaged them twice once through the website and the second time an email I found online. Both times no response. Will not use again if this is the quality of the clothes and customer service you get.

The worst website I have encountered on…

The worst website I have encountered on a retail site for a long time! It won’t let me complete my order at checkout (for UK delivery) despite providing all the info needed again and again…
It was a waste of my time.

It is nearly impossible to buy some…

It is nearly impossible to buy some clothes via your internet shop in Germany. Most of the time I could not click to go to the cash. Only one time could buy something. After that I could not buy other things. It is really frustrating.

The order was apparently cancelled…

The order was apparently cancelled without me receiving any notification. Unfortunately, there was no reply to my email enquiry about where my order was. As I have received neither my order nor a reply, I am unfortunately not at all satisfied.

Sneakers showed signs of wear fast

I was excited to receive my order which were a dress and shoes. The dress is great but unfortunately my shoes starting showing wear after 2 outings. I walked about on my holiday. It was not rough terrain, just normal side walks. Both shoes are chipped bad and I can’t wear it again. I had adidas before and will return to those sneakers as they are sturdier and never showed signs of this type of wear.

Great service

Great service. Just some information missing on 'my returns'. DHL Express is a little expensive from GB to Germany. Overall I got very nice products though.

Still no refund after one month

I returned my order from 25.06.2024 on 02.07.2024 because the item I ordered did not fit. According to the shipment tracking, the return was successfully delivered, but I have still not received a refund. I therefore contacted customer service two weeks ago, but to no avail, I never received a reply. I do not recommend ordering from here.

I have contacted customer service a second time but still no answer.
