Non existent customer service
I ordered a dress to the same address as mine but accidentally the wrong post code which auto filled from google, within 5 minutes I emailed customer service to cancel and change the order to the correct address.
This is a few weeks ago now and I have not had a response or resolution from your customer service. I had to reorder the dress the next day to my correct address and ended up paying twice. I would like a refund and my money back for both and a way of returning this to you. I don't know how to return the one from the incorrect address as I can see it was delivered and taken by someone who is not me. This could have been stopped from leaving the warehouse but it was not resolved by customer service.
Please can you let me know why you aren't responding or helping with this?

Returning items is a pain and at your expense
Ordering was easy. As was delivery. But I can't return the item on line. I can't give the company a heads up that I'm returning it. I also have to pay for the return. Just not worth it.

Garments are of good quality, and the photos on-line are accurate.
Sizing can also be relied upon.

Tried apricots locker return it didn’t recognise the return number
Tried to create Evri return- no one showed up to collect the item
What a shame returns are so difficult when you can not exchange items! I now have 2 dresses one too large I am struggling to return
So finally got the item collected however now despite it been an Evri tracked return via the company this can take two weeks for them to receive the return and advised 10 further days for a refund
The slowest return process I have ever come across
The company has been in touch only to tell me the above 14 days to receive items returned 10days then for a refund!

Customer service nonexistent
Ordered a dress for an event and chose express shipping. I got an order confirmation that was missing details like an order number. The money was transferred to Apricot via PayPal. After the package didn’t arrive till the promised date, I contacted Apricots customer service. Did not get any reply, not even after the 4-day processing period given on the website. I have now started a PayPal case against them. On a positive note: the dresses are beautifully designed and of appropriate quality. I‘ll go back to buying them through other stores though.

2109338 - missing order - Please Help
I have been trying to resolve this for a month, i have emailed both customer services and complaints but i have got no response.
I received notification of delivery from Evri but i was not going to be home. My delivery was left at my door but it was not there when i got home. I was at work and made the presumption that as I would not be home they would redeliver. Indeed this presumption i made was well founded as on Apricots terms and conditions it says " Failed deliveries will be returned to a local depot and our delivery agents will leave a calling card. If you have received a calling card please follow the instructions on it from our delivery agents."
I looked on the tracking when I received notification it was out for delivery, and saw that there was the option of a safe place but I did not choose this as I knew I would not be home and wanted redelivery. I have checked with neighbours and they have not taken the package. Why was it left in such an open space? Can you please help as I have not received what was said was delivered.

Poor customer service
Received incorrect size in a dress that I ordered. Contacted customer service twice by e mail as no phone number available, no reply so returned the incorrect item requesting postage be refunded as this was not my error, ignored again and only received refund for dress therefore I am out of pocket for Apricots mistake, do not recommend, as very poor customer service.
