The experience afforded me were uninformed personal processes that don't comply with my request!

They come out on schedule

They come out on schedule, send pics and commentary on what they did in case you are not home. They also do b free followups if you are having issues.

Beaware of signed contracts with Aptive

Aptive originally came to my door to sell me pest control service for $50 a visit. Turned out it was $100 a visit. Dont get my wrong their service people who come to your door, are very nice and friendly, great in house service. However when I wanted to cancel my subscription I called customer service specialist I had to escalate to get a hold to an account manager. After my contract lapsed into a month to month basis I tried to cancel my service and I was told by an account manager that said it would be $199 to stop the services, and pointing out that I was breaching my contract. I asked for time to read over the contract, and noticed it was signed in August of 2023, which means February of 2025 was the 18 month mark. Once I mentioned this the representative started saying I must have had 12 services which was also a lie. Contract stated 18 month or 12 services. I pointed this out to the representative and he went silent for a few minutes. He later apologized and gave me a free service. After the free service I still had to call back to cancel my service, and another representative started with the same story, that I breached my contract and I had to pay $199 to cancel. I stopped him mid sentence and asked him to look at the date signed and the contract where it stated either 18 months OR 12 services. I made him sent me an email later with confirmation I was no longer a customer

While we’re glad the issue was ultimately resolved and that you received written confirmation your account was closed, we recognize it should have been much more straightforward from the start.

I have had the same technician the last…

I have had the same technician the last several appointments. Don’t have to re explain myself over and over about what needs done.
Jesse has been great gets the job done and it prevents me for calling back for a reservice.

The service person has always been…

The service person has always been courteous and thorough. However, I think for what I get, Aptive is way to expensive. I will probably drop the service when the current contract is up.
