changed service tech at the last moment on a scheduled service. like starting over again. previous tech has done my home for the last couple of years was rerouted to another service 15 min from arrival.

superb technicians and customer support
the technicians are fantastic explaining everything and always a thorough job. the customer service is also outstanding. the only thing i’m not sure about is the 18 month contract. if what aptive claims is true, i shouldn’t need bug service after the contract expires. TBD…

We get different technicians
We get different technicians, but they all seem to be quite knowledgeable. I've used Aptive for several years now and every one of their service people have been extremely helpful and sometimes even go beyond what I thought they would.

Our tech came out for regular visit and…
Our tech came out for regular visit and we told him about a yellow jacket issue. He sprayed and put out a trap. After several days they were still active. Gave Aptive a call and they were out the next day. Tech gave it some extra attention and seems like it worked well.

Sami at Aptive Environmental was professional, courteous, and respectful in explaining the services offered. The communication was timely, and he made the process easy to understand. Sami also checked items without being asked. He represented the company well and created a positive experience overall.

We were out of town and unable to greet the technician. But you can tell from the level of effort used to communicate with me as the homeowner the commitment to service that is there. I appreciate this. Upon return to our home, we found all the spider webs gone which demonstrates to me that a thorough job was performed.
