I was not at home

I was not at home, at the time. My daughter spoke to the technician about ants coming through the shower drain in her room. The technician treated the outside area of the house where they might be coming in. He was very polite and friendly. She said he did a great job.

Everyone at Aptive that I've spoken to…

Everyone at Aptive that I've spoken to so far has been extremely nice and informative. Patrick was our Tech this month and he is exceptional. I haven't seen anymore ants since he treated. Aptive emails the treatment date before they come, and text photos of the areas they've checked and treated after they leave. Plus, the treatments aren't caustic and I feel okay letting me and my animals in the yard after treatment. Thank you!

Called for a service to have property…

Called for a service to have property sprayed inside/outside.. tech came earlier than scheduled I told him I was still at work.. he only sprayed outside and told me to call and reschedule.. I called and rescheduled.. the tech showed up again early.. didn’t spray inside.. called again tech didn’t show up as scheduled.. called a third time and had my issue escalated above tech.. finally the tech came as expected and sprayed where requested.. after all this I’m still seeing roaches inside my house.. they said that they spray a barrier outside and should stop seeing roaches inside.. still finding them.. I sprayed my house before signing up for this and was getting the same results.. not happy

I have had minimal to no bug issues…

I have had minimal to no bug issues since starting with Aptive. All the techs that have come to my home have been respectful & courteous. I appreciate the text letting me know when they will be arriving.

They usually take care of me on one…

They usually take care of me on one trip. They do whatever I ask when they come to the door. If there’s something that I need done between services, they are out there the next day.

Not a normal service experience

Typically, the service technician will come to our door to talk about issues / concerns. I did briefly tell him in a text. Past services have taken no less than 30-40 minutes. The technician was done in 15-20 minutes. I sent a text asking if he had looked at the mosquito traps. He responded that he didn't see any traps and put some new ones down. Past technicians have also brushed away spider webs. This was not done today.

I called because wasps were building nests in my light fixtures on my porch after they have sprayed.

Aptive Environmental Didn't Deliver

My biggest concern was fleas. An infestation in my home last year took six weeks to resolve. I happily signed with Aptive to treat my yard. After the secknd treatment, my dog brought fleas into the house.

The tech that showed up for the third treatment spent less than 15 minutes in the yard. I have a third acre with a garden shed and 14x40 building (in addition to my home) in my yard. There is no way he could have treated the entire property and buildings in such a short time.

Aptive has not provided satisfactory service and I now have additional costs and inconvenience in ridding my home of fleas.

My service has been cancelled and because Aptive did not deliver the protection that I need, I feel that I am not to be held responsible for the cancellation fee.
