Problem with black ants

I would love to send you pictures of the large ant hills in my yard after 3 months of applications. I appears that the stuff being used DOES NOT WORK! Your feeding the ants not eliminating them.

Poor scheduling, communication.

We had completed our contract for 12 treatments. It took almost 2 years to complete. During that time there were many scheduling errors on their part, subpar communication (they send texts/emails that require us to call them to correct or change info), and inconsistent information given to us by employees. We debated going forward with them, so we called and spoke to Amanda on the phone to discuss our experience and possibly negotiate a new contract. After some discussion, she quoted a price and said she would send an email with all the info for a new contract. We have not received anything, which would require us to again call them, so at this point we assume they do not want our business.

consistent and good service

They’ve been pretty consistent and have taken quick action when we were having problems with wasps and carpenter ants and such. I would recommend them

Frustrated Customer

My 2nd appointment (re-call) was on Thursday 1-5 pm....NO SHOW! I called to ask for the tech's eta & received stories not true. After 5 pm, spoke with supervisor. She agreed to send a different tech on Friday-between 1 & 5 pm. He showed up at 5 pm. The issue was...and still is...pantry moths! He was very courteous, helped me remove bottles on top shelf so he could spray.(I had cleared pantry of all food containers already. ) He did best he could but moths still showing up! I am very disappointed by lack of service at all levels 😞! I will not refer this company to anyone & plan to locate another company to handle this issue!
