I think the technicians are awesome and…
I think the technicians are awesome and do a thorough job outside. They listen to my concerns. Insect and mice are no longer a problem. My only criticism is how hard it is to get any costumer service. There is no easy number or messaging. But when I do connect, the representatives are very courteous and helpful.

Aptive yard spray
Have been using Aptive for a little over a year. We are on an acre, spray is great (meaning no bugs) - mosquito service takes care of the mosquito's in the yard. Our tech is fabulous - he calls ahead so i can get the dog inside. Mike (our Tech) explains everything he is going to do + everything he finds. happy customer !

My take
My initial response to Aptive was not good, purely because of communication. In the ensuing time I've learned differently. The service people are obviously schooled in curteousy, communication, and a willingness to answer questions, with legitimate answers. I wish they had an office locally, but so far that has not been a problem. Im impressed to the extent I've cancelled a competing service.
