Blaine did great!
Blaine texted letting us know he was on the way, came to the door to introduce himself, and then got to work. He did a fine job of servicing the property including cleaning spiderwebs and replacing the glue boxes in the garage. Overall, he did a fine job!

A little more training needed
For the most part, the service is excellent, but each of the different persons who clean do different things so not always consistent. Last time, young man said he couldn't do our deck which is only accessed through the house. Nobody else ever said that before.

With Aptive, no bugs.
We have been with Aptive now for at least 5 years. The service is great, and any issues come back at no charge. The most important work of any exterminator is not seeing any bugs any time of year, and that is what Aptive has provided. And they do all of this environmentally friendly.

The guy on our regular visit missed spraying for mosquitos and hung the mosquito catcher to close to our patio. A different guy came back and sprayed really good and removed the old catcher and replaced with ones away from our patio and we were not charged for this do over. Thank you for making this right and allowing us to enjoy being outside.

Despite the fact that.your scheduling systems never do what I ask meaning I expect to know first the time range when you notify me about my upcoming appointment. I also expect a text when the teck is on the way, 30 minutes or so out. I have 5 dogs to manage. This never happens. Teck took this feedback that he had no idea about and fit me in to day quickly and completed service thoroughly with a great attitude
