Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. There is actually no office. You can only call a call center overseas. If you have an issue there is no one to talk to. Stay away

They do not have local offices to voice your concerns. Their own technicians dont have an office to call. They say their office is in Cary, NC. But they dont. You can only reach an overseas call center. Even the techs dont have a way to reach the office.

Price is good

Price is good. Not sure if the treatments are really getting rid of the moles. And I had huge wasp nests under my deck which I had to treat myself.

The Best Decision

Aptive works with me in timing and in needs. My guy is like having a family member stopping by to help out with something.
I left Aptive once, I came back to them within months. Best decision ever.

The differentiating factor…

We have had other pest control services and the big differentiating factor with Aptive is the technicians that service our home. In our experience over the past several years, the care and attention to detail offered by Aptive service techs is exceptional. Great communication before and after each treatment at a fair price.

Highly recommend Aptive. We have been using Aptive for about 3 years now and we are completely satisfied. Each visit I receive a notice from the tech before arrival for any additional needs during service like Mosquito season. After completion, tech will send pics of all areas treated. Great service!
