Aptive employees always do a good job…

Aptive employees always do a good job of servicing my house and yard. I usually give them 5 stars. This last time, three Aptive reps showed up at my house. Usually only one person does the job. I specifically ask for help with carpenter bees. I received no feedback. So I guess the answer will be the evidence I experience.

I have had horrible service here in the stl area. Ive spoke with some higher up people at the call center and they cannot figure out why I keep getting horrible service

Service and results have always been…

Service and results have always been great, but the office has screwed up on appointments numerous times and one time even treated the wrong house.

Years of Highly Effective, Competitive & Satisfying Service

I've had years-long service from Aptive and have always been happy and very satisfied with their service. In addition to my standard 3-month service, they've always serviced our property for deer ticks each Spring, with much success. They're always VERY price competitive, helpful, compliant, professional, and - the most important - effective for pest control. I would highly recommend Aptive for anyone considering new, or change to, their home management services.

Tasheena is the BEST!

Tasheena is the BEST! I was getting ready to cancel my service but decided to keep it after talking to Tasheena. She answered all my questions and was very specific & thorough letting me know exactly what she was going to do and confirmed that she had done those things when she was done!

I called Three different times.

I called Three different times to get a technician to come out and check out
The ants in my kitchen. Wasted 3 half-days waiting for technician to show up, while Trying to deal as best I could with the problem. I was told
I would be compensated for the inefficiency on your part, and the aggravation on my part. Finally, on 4th booking you did show up. Ants seem to be controlled. The $70 off I was to be compensated with did not happen, to the contrary, I was billed the usual treatment fee just yesterday. Terrible communication within your organization!!!

The first appointment was a no show

The first appointment was a no show. We were told 2 times he was on his way and by 7:30 he was still a no show. They rescheduled us for the following day to be the first appointment. The guy didnt show up until 3 pm. Since July they have only showed up 3 times. They have no showed multiple appointments. We have been lied to about everything since the day we signed up. We will not be renewing our contract and can’t wait for this contract to end. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Great product and service

DeAnte did an excellent job treating my property for bugs. He also inspected my property for any recent bug and rodent activity. Havin this company for awhile now I no longer have any issues with insects around my property.

Spencer was very professional and thorough…

Spencer was very professional and thorough. He asked if I had any concerns ahead of time and gave a special focus on the areas I had told him about. He was very respectful of our home when he didn’t inside spraying. I liked that he followed up with a text of all that we discussed and the work he did at the house sending along a few pics.

I’ve written about this before. The tech that came is fantastic, and goes above and beyond. I request him every time. It’s the company policies, communication, and inconsistencies that I’ve had a huge problem with. So much that I was thinking about switching companies.
