I can’t say enough good things about…

I can’t say enough good things about Aptive! From day one, their team has been amazing—super friendly, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. They don’t just rush through the job; they really take the time to make sure everything is done right. I love that they use eco-friendly products, so I feel good about having them around my home. Since starting service, I’ve noticed a huge difference—no more ants, spiders, or surprise pests! Scheduling is easy, and they even follow up to make sure I’m happy. Honestly, it’s such a relief knowing my home is protected. Highly recommend Aptive to anyone who wants peace of mind and great service

I’ve had an issue with chemical…

I’ve had an issue with chemical staining the paint on my house. They all say they will note it and after checking in with the company yesterday, no one has ever noted this problem. This technician and most all of them are here for only 10-12 min of work. $140 is a lot for 10-12 min of work and a square of bait in the garage. This technician “noted” that I get upset unless a mister is used. Absolutely untrue and after checking with the company he never “noted” it in his report that the chemical is staining the paint. I was told on the phone that someone would reach out to me to address issues but no one has a day and a half later.

The technician did not call before coming, but he did his work thoroughly and followed my instructions to avoid spraying where I feed birds.

I like the reminders of the scheduled service. Also, the notice before tech is about to arrive and that he checked in to be sure if anything needs additional service.

Worth every penny

Tech was on time. Did great work. Great attn: to detail. I asked for one thing and he did it right away. We had Aptive at the house for years, then we rented out our house for a year and we were not getting serviced. We could tell the difference. We had to bring Aptive back and things are much better.

Fernando was professional and thorough with his inspection of our house. He had great communication and let me know if an issue and how to resolve it. I always like the photos that are sent after the treatment. I highly recommend and have been a customer for 5+ years.
