Impeccable Customer Service.
Customer service was impeccable. I ordered shoes as a birthday gift and they were too small. I emailed, as suggested on their site; to let them know I was returning them and requesting the next size up. I received a very courteous, personal and prompt response. On returning the shoes the replacement arrived in the following post.

Great toy - car ferry with two cars- for a 3rd birthday. Its great that it is well made and from recycled plastic and will be much used in paddling pools and baths, as she pretends she is going on her holidays.
