All went according to plan from start to finish. Arrived on time did install with no problems. Finished job and left clean and tidy. Great job.

The fitting was very quick and efficient. The fitter was neat and tidy, cleared away all the waste and set up and explained how everything worked.

Adam turned up on time and went through the process of servicing my water softener.
It hasn’t been used for a few months, so certainly needed looking at.
Eventually I was told that all was well and the unit was in good shape.
Very happy with the service I received and with the delivery of salt.
Will probably get it serviced every eighteen months or so in the future.

The initial consultation meeting with Tristan was easy to understand and he explained all our options very clearly. Once we had decided to go ahead, an appointment was booked for installation and Adam came on the day to fit the unit. He was absolutely brilliant. We chose where we wanted the unit to be installed and he did a fantastic job installing it. The work was very neat and at the end of the job it looked like it had been part of the original design of the house and not something that was added later.

We felt very comfortable with Aquasoft right from the very first meeting. When a company is confident enough in the quality of their work to not charge you anything until the job is complete then you can be sure of getting a good result.
