Overall the experience was very good. Easy to book, friendly service and the engineer was quick, clean, thorough and most importantly fixed the issue and got the water softener back up and running. Only criticism was the amount of time between booking and the appointment, that was a bit too long really.

Aquasoft are very professional, excellent service, installation, and products, and after care.
We considered getting a water softener for years but were hesitant because of contacting one supplier at a time and how would we assess which is best.
Then we found Aquasoft - they stock several options of water softeners, they talked us through the best options for our specific need.
We are so impressed with them and pleased with the option we chose.

It all began when Tristan, a very friendly individual, explained in detail about the different water softeners, including the one I decided to get. Then, Adam arrived to install the water softener, and he was just as friendly. Adam provided a detailed explanation of how the water softener works and did a fantastic job with the installation.

Excellent from first visit to booking appointment and completing the works extremely good experience highly recommend.

Placed the order on answer machine got an invoice don't do online banking I rang and paid by credit card my invoice did not change to say I had paid in fact it said the account was overdue although I had paid the salt was delivered but still no receipt also an estimated delivery time would be useful

There was NO experience because I was unable to contact you to place an order!!!! just kept getting a recorded message over and over again.....just wanted to speak to a person for a simple query.....not the best customer service from a company I have always found really helpful in the past when placing orders... something has changed!

Adam was courteous friendly and professional, pipework altered to suit fitting of water softener was all soldered not push fittings and very neat and tidy. Happy to answer any questions we asked and was knowledgeable about product.

We had Tristan our to survey for a Qooker boiling water tap and he was incredibly helpful / knowledgeable around the problem we faced with this and our low water pressure. He gave us loads of options and ideas.

3 weeks later we had our tap, expertly fitted and a good clean job. Highly recommend this company, it's good knowing they are local too.
