I recently ordered a hamper for a close friend and I was extremely impressed! The selection of hampers was superb, such a great variety at really reasonable prices. The service was excellent too, and delivery was incredibly quick. My friend was absolutely thrilled with her gift. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be buying from here again!

First class service! Sent a hamper to my friend for her birthday and needed next day delivery. The hamper arrived as requested and I was informed of progress along the way. I also liked that I could choose my own products (I wanted a Spanish themed gift). Highly recommend this company.

I recently ordered a cheese & charcuterie hamper as a birthday gift for a relative.
The hamper didn’t arrive until 3 days after the selected date despite the order saying it would be delivered using a 24hr courier because of the perishable food.
I then had to deal with their hapless customer services who were completely useless in resolving the issue, offering a quite frankly pathetic £9.70 refund on an £80 hamper where most of the food ended up in the bin.
For me, the sign of a good company is how they handle situations when things go wrong. Artisan Deli Market is utterly clueless in this regard. The right thing to do would have been to send a replacement hamper with a more reliable courier, but they wouldn’t do this.
Spare yourself the grief and shop elsewhere.

The first time I used this company, I was really impressed, so was very happy to use them again. However, having done so, I had some concerns about how long it was taking to deliver my parcel, but was sent a very unhelpful, disinterested, insincere response to my email. My parcel (a birthday present) was eventually delivered its recipient, damaged and soaking wet. I couldn’t be bothered to take it any further, given their initial unhelpful response, as I knew I wouldn’t get anywhere, so just decided never to use them again. Wouldn’t recommend.

I stayed with friends and wanted to give a special thank you gift. I took quite a while to find a cheese and chocolate supplier that was sourcing from high quality procurers. Artisan deli looked the best and was easy to use. It was delivered next day and my friends were really delighted and touched by the quality. Only downside is I am 600 miles away and won't get to try any. Sometimes what you get is better than what you see on the net. This is one of those rare occasions. Enjoy.

Good quality supplies let down by delivery service.
The choice of items is good, and was well packed.
Sadly, the delivery parcel was left in a car parking space outside in the pooring rain. There was no attempt to deliver to the door, or contact the recipient to inform them the parcel had arrived.

I wanted to send a gift hamper to my brother who lives in the UK. I searched a number of websites before finding Artisan Deli Market, There I found the perfect hamper and placed my order. I wanted to change the delivery date and so I emailed Customer Service with my inquiry. A service representative, Annie, was able to reschedule the delivery date. She also noticed that I had failed to include a greeting and asked if I would to add one. I was grateful that I was still able to get my birthday message included.

Additionally, I received multiple text messages from Artisan Deli Market with updated tracking on my gift. I also received a notice that the hamper had been delivered. I would definitely use Artisan Deli Market again in the future.
