I recently received help for a knee injury by Quratulain at Ascenti. After an initial video call she provided me with a tailored exercise plan which has helped re strengthen my knee and drastically reduce the pain I was feeling. I'm now well on the way to recovery. Thanks again Quratulain!

10/10 would recommend Mayuresh @ Wokingham

Mayuresh has been fantastic treating my plantar fasciitis. What stood out for me is that he adjusted the exercises when some of them were too difficult and also recommended a different schedule when I found it hard to find the time. This does mean slower recovery but it’s better than stalled recovery & repeat injury from not doing the exercises. 10/10 would recommend.

Referred by my GP for knee pain

I was referred by my GP for knee pain after I fell downstairs. I didn’t have to wait long for an assessment appointment, which was thorough. I was given a series of exercises to do and access to an app to keep track.
Three months later I am as good as I was before the accident. Only once did I need a bit of help with the app and the customer service was excellent.

Excellent Physio in Leamington

I’ve been seeing Sarfaraz in Leamington for several months for an injury that had me in constant agony, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better physiotherapist. He’s incredibly understanding, patient, and professional and makes me feel like I'm in good hands.

Every session leaves me feeling noticeably better, and over the weeks I’ve become stronger, more mobile, and more confident in my recovery. Sarfaraz is one of the best physiotherapists I’ve ever seen, he is compassionate, committed to helping me get back to my mobile self and has a great sense of humour, too! I’d strongly recommend him to anyone in need of care.

Wonderful Treatment

My first time visiting a physio so I was a little nervous about the process. Victor at Fort Dunlop was amazing. He made me feel at ease and took time to explain everything. Really helpful massage and treatment plan and with the exercise program I have made great progress. Would definitely recommend Victor

Excellent experience

Dr. Quratulain was excellent to work with. After a car accident I had terrible whiplash and she was incredibly supportive and informative with the exercise plan to get me back up and running again.

Knee Injury Physiotherapy

I came in with a really bad knee injury and had a series of physio sessions with Quratulain. I’ve seen a massive improvement with no further pain and I’m back to full strength on my injured knee. I’ve achieved all of my goals and returned more or less back to my previous fitness routine - thank you so much for your help and support Quratulain!

Absolutely dreadful customer service…

Absolutely dreadful customer service and booking procedure, received a link to book a telephone appointment which i used to book, then received an email to say they couldn't contact me to book said appointment and referenced some imaginary accident, after numerous attempts (all failed) to call in order to sort this out received another email with face to face appointment details, they don't seem to have any clue what they're doing and it's impossible to speak to anyone to sort it out.

Sarfaraz Banatwala at Leamington 10/10

Sarfaraz Banatwala at the Leamington clinic has been so great and friendly! He’s very genuine and kind during the treatments, he makes sure that the exercises he gives me are explained well, not too much for me and gives tips to get it right at home. I’ve seen massive improvements in my pain levels down from 10 to 0-2, incredible! He’s a lovely guy and just a brilliant physio, highly recommend 10/10!

Thank you Samuel

I saw Samuel Niroo for neck pain and pins and needles in my fingers and he was great. He gave me some exercises to do at home and sports massage in session. I have had about 6 sessions and pain is completely gone. Very friendly and comfortable sessions.

Awful company to deal with from a customer service and billing perspective

My experience with the physiotherapist was good. However, dealing with the company itself it's dreadful! Long waiting times to get a call answered when you need to speak to them. At least 30 mins!
I have been covered by BUPA but I have to pay excess and they have taken months to process but paying is a whole big issue. I wouldn't use them again and I wouldn't recommend them either. They are more hassle than they are worth

Mayuresh in Wokingham was very helpful…

Mayuresh in Wokingham was very helpful with getting rid of pain from my shoulder, he was very mindful of the exercises he needed to prescribe to strengthen my muscles and when to transition to more chelenging exercises. Quick massages on the shoulder to release the pain were very helpful too! The amount of exercises requested to be done was unrealistic though at some weeks if you have small kids and a busy work load, but if you can spare two hours a day on the exercises, you will be fully recovered before you know it!
My recovery with Mayuresh took 7-8 weeks, i was doing exercises twice per day at the first half of recovery, felt much better after my first week, and after 4-5 weeks i had no pain. Could not keep up with all exercises prescribed thou from week 4 onwards as one session was starting to take well over an hour, so did one session rather than two, but probably full revovery would of completed in 6 weeks if i did. I definetly recomend him as he helped me a lot! Good luck with your recovery with Mayuresh!
