Fantastic all round. Quality products but more importantly the service was outstanding. Due to my own error I'd damaged one of the pendants, and they sent a replacement without charge!

Smooth service beautiful memorials
We lost one of our dogs recently & we wanted something we could carry with us so we felt close to her.
I purchased 2 charms which fit Pandora bracelets & have space to put some ashes. They provided a plastic funnel, a metal stick to push any ashes in & some super glue so there's no chance of the screws coming undone. It doesn't feel like the screws would work loose but I'd rather be safe. Both charms were paw print charms & made very well. My daughter had a round silver coloured one & I had a heart one. The heart one was lighter & more delicate than the other, which was a bit chunky but both look beautiful. We bought my husband a leather rope bracelet with a black clasp which has magnets to help keep it done up, very smooth but make sure you measure your wrist as they do 2 sizes & because of the way it clasps shut you may need the slightly bigger one, 22cm not 20cm.
The delivery was quick & efficient. I bought the jewellery box but it was a little small for the man's bracelet, great for the charms.
I would definitely go back when it's Bonnie's brother Clyde's time to go.
