Every step of the way was conducted with dignity and respect for me and my loved one's ashes, my piece of jewellery is absolutely excellent quality and a work of art in itself, and thank goodness I didn't have to wait too long before it was made.
The packaging was also unique and made my item feel even more special. I was kept informed all the way through my order right up to the tracked delivery. I would highly recommend using Aura-Star Memorial Jewellery.

My item was delivered quickly and aura star kept in touch the whole way through which was great.I love my ring it came beautifully gift wrapped also which was lovely gave it a special touch.

Beautiful product which I will treasure forever. It lost one star because the necklace I wanted wasn't in order so I had to wait 3-4 weeks before I could even start the process.

My sister and I each ordered a pendant necklace containing our grandparent’s ashes. The collection kit was sent out quickly (although the first one did get lost in the post), and after sending off the ashes, we received our necklaces back in less than a week! The necklaces are absolutely beautiful and are well crafted and we’re so pleased with how they turned out. The appearance of the ashes is subtle but nicely presented. The packaging is lovely and thoughtful and I love the little light in the jewellery box itself. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of getting their loved ones ashes turned into jewellery!

I ordered a pandora type charm which looks really good but expensive. I did have to email the company twice as they did not communicate very quickly but received in good time for Christmas
