The ring feels very cheap not what I was expecting at all

The service & presentation was excellent and great care had been taken to be respectful however I was really disappointed with the product itself. I had ordered a beautiful, rich, deep Galaxy blue charm & what I received was a light turquoise/greeny blue charm. Nothing like the website picture I had fallen in love with. If I can find a way to add photos I will attach. So disappointed 😞

I cannot express how stunning the earrings we ordered are and truly I have never seen such beautiful packaging in my life. We were blown away. The packaging doesn’t sound like a big deal but honestly it really makes a difference when it’s this incredible. Everything was amazing and my sister loves the earrings and we couldn’t be happier overall.

Web form did not work, email address I sent came back. Checked was spelt correctly and was, so maybe just glitch. Unable to find telephone number when I looked and contact page is now showing as error.

The whole process was very easy and respectfully handled throughout. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the ring and wearing it brings me comfort.
