I ordered car jump starter 5 April i never received my order, but when I contacted them they said your order has been delivered 27 April 2025 at 00.26 am just after midnight what a joke, please avoid them completely scam, i have contacted PayPal and I got massage my case is closed,

Didnt resived my packed. It was Returned to sender. Made the correct adresse, but somewhere in the proces it went wrong. Now i Can get a discount on 30% on the next buy, but the thing i bought is gone. This is not okay. At least, send it again when its back.

Scam. Stay away. I waited for 5 months for my products and despite all the emails i sent, all i got was just an automated "be patient" reply. Well i wasnt patient, contacted my credit card company and had them send me all the amount back in 2 days.

You guys are a real scam! a hoax!
My order Order #465392 arrived incomplete and after 10 weeks.
They have sent me items that I did not order and 2 of the ordered items did not arrive.
You must give me a refund or send me the ordered items!

Ordered 4 sister pins paid over £51 + transaction fee thought they were coming from USA but coming from China instead. Waited 4 weeks then emailed & got email back blaming Covid for delay, emailed a week later & got same email back, contacted customer service no answer, after 8 weeks asked for refund no answer. I eventually contacted my credit card company who refunded money to me & said they will claim money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY RIP YOU OFF

Definitely a Scam from China. Purchased from Flowerteddybear.com but was charged through Ashley Jewels on the Card. Email's and Order Confirmations were sent so seemed La git. However, this is masked in many different levels.

Please don't order from here it's a scam I still didn't receive this fake ass ugly bear🤬🤬🤬🤬 I am so pissed off and angry I'm sorry but never ever order nothing from dirty ass China I will file a complaint on them with my bank and to make sure this dumb site gets shut down

A foreign exchange charge showed up on my credit card. New Jersey address. Merchandise was not worth the money.

Worst customer service. They are ignoring my MANY emails and messages. I have not received my purchases and have not been given a reason why and they are ignoring my requests for a refund. Disgusting.

Absolutely NO customer service and no response to requests. Telephone numbers are all "not in service". If you make the mistake of ordering something just kiss your money goodbye.

Over 3 weeks and item never showed up. Customer servive never answered the telephone call, stilled has not contacted me.

I ordered a iPhone 3d embossed cover. It looked nice but there was no 3D on it (which was the whole point of having it) and the hole for the camera was not true so pictures would be obscured. I emailed the company to request a refund for faulty goods. They always replied but I had to return the goods at my own cost to get a refund. Clearly not worth doing. As others said, goods come from China and not that well made. Avoid ordering from this company

I placed an order in February and have consistently contacted the company for my purchases. I still have NOT received it 4 months later nor my money refunded. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Purchased something for valentines day and their ad made it seem like it would arrive within a week or two. Came 2 months later. But I figured this out in 24 hours. Emailed them to cancel it. They said they would cancel it but still sent it anyway way after valentines. And it looked very different than the ad. Very cheap.

Order iPhone 6 3D embossed, no way. Also camera lens covered as well as could not plug in headphones. Rubbish quality!

I am not happy because I am still waiting for my blue beer flowers and I not got it or they can gave the money back in checking account . One more thing and the tracking number this the wrong one and the phone number they gave two you and no one answer it at all

Terrible! I ordered a gift and it was never delivered. I called but went to voice mail, (sounded like a personal phone) and voice message was full. I called my bank and put in a dispute! Just wrong!!!!
