Cheap crap
They get you with having a NJ address on their site but this crap is made in China and shipped from China! Will never order from again, takes 2 weeks to ship and another 2 weeks to get here. You can email them but they don't return your email.

Expensive crap. I bought a cat ring. It doesn’t look dainty at all and it looks like a possum. I think they must have used a mans hands to take photos.

I order a rose bear from a site called teddy bear.com for $70 and when I went to trake it the numbers were invalid and I emailed them got responses from a site called Ashley Jewel and Rama deals. I reported them to the better business bureau. This has never happened to me.

Giving them one star is a far stretch. They lie about shipping before you finalize your order. Once you finalize they change from 3-5 days to 4-6 weeks. Don’t ever order from this company. I immediately sent an email to cancel my order. Let’s see what happens. Don’t bother calling the contact number. They just say they’re closed. I’m disputing the charge in my credit card if they don’t refund immediate.

i ordered a key chain on dec 6th. as soon as i finished the transaction i got an email from them saying that due to an unusually high volume of orders (does that sound familiar) that my order won't be shipped for 4 weeks. it was a christmas present, so i immediately emiaied customer service and asked to cancel the order. i received an email 2 days later saying they can't cancel my order because its already being processed....i paid with paypal so i'm hoping they can help me with these shysters....stay away from this bs company
Bad Customer Service
My chain arrived in a damaged box and the chain was very poor quality and kept kinking. Ashley Jewels would only replace it if I returned the chain to them in China but at my expense! That would cost more than the chain was worth. After I complained they just offered me 20% off my next purchase. Bad customer service. I will not be making further purchases from them.

I bought something from them in May 2016 for my daughters birthday - they didnt send me the items and i was a lucky one because I actually got a refund "reasonably quickly" a few weeks later. Roll on two years and 2 months later on 1 August 2018 I get an email from them saying that they are now shipping my order - even though it was refunded two years ago. They still have all my details on file which is also concerning - the item is being shipped apparently from China - although its not obvious from their website they are based in china. DO NOT order from this company - they clearly have no clue what they are doing.

I have ordered items from Ashley Jewels in October 2016 and have not received the items or a refund despite numbers promises from the supplier. They promise to get back to me / send the items / follow up but you never hear from them again. I am at wits end on how to get my money back. My advice - stay away from this site!
PRODUCT WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED & WOULDN'T REFUND ALL THE MONEY
I bought a purse through Rama Deals, but the sales go through "ASHLEYJEWELSCOM" so I would suggest staying clear of that company as well. It appears they are one and the same. I purchased a purse that was advertised as a canvas leather bag. In the picture it looked like a soft suede. The blue color was stunning. What I received was a dull blue canvas bag with a thin leather strap. While they advertise "zero risk", they refused to refund the shipping and I ended up spending over half the cost of the bag returning it! While their policy does state that they don't refund shipping costs, in this case they completely misrepresented the product, and therefore I demanded a full refund - including the shipping. They refused. Their website states a "risk-free ironclad 45 day guarantee" "Risk-free"? Not so! They also guarantee "ZERO RISK". Zero means zero! Stand clear of this business.
Another USA company of Cheats and Liars - I sincerely hope Donald Trump can make America great again!

I placed an order for stuff from Ashley Jewels. The webpage read - In stock and ships in 24 hours. On 24th February, I sent them an email inquiring about my order and informing them that I am leaving the country by 10th March and I still did not receive the order. I received this response from them.

They even sent me a tracking number which is of no use. Insert the number in the track link and nothing comes up. I left the country that I was living in on 10th March and will not be able to receive the items now. Not even sure if I will get my money back. So much for companies in USA cheating people in the rest of the world. First it was their banks that cheat us now the small companies have found a way to cheat people online. This is the second company from USA to cheat me. Best part is there is no contact telephone number on their website or where they are located. Found out from one of their emails that they are in USA.

Getting the address right can be hard
I ordered a bracelet for my daughter as a Christmas present in November 2016. I did not get it by Christmas, however, I get an email in January, that the bracleet has been returned from FRANCE (I live in FINLAND). When I contacted the company concerning this, it was naturally my fault. They promised to send the bracelet to me asap - to FRANCE. When I finally got them to understand, that France and Finland are 2 totally different countries and get the address right it was the beginning of February.
Today I got an email, that my package has been returned from - surprise, surprise - France :D
I have asked my money back twice along the process, but it seems that I cannot get it, since I have informed a wrong address (which I have not done)
So stay away from this place! I do not recommend!

I thought the company looked super sketchy when I saw their ads on Facebook so obviously I put in an order!
WEBSITE: (5 out of 5 stars!) Their website is lovely and very easy to use. If you spend a few extra minutes on the Google box you can generally find great coupon codes as well.
SHIPPING: (5 out of 5) Granted, it takes a very long time from the moment the products leave the facility (in China or something) until they make it to my home in the USA. But hear me out, they message you your tracking information on Facebook and I adore that! They ship it out quickly as well. They're very efficient.
PACKAGING: (3 out of 5) the packaging was very unassuming and kind of disappointing. Some of my jewelry came in these little raspberry, velvet-like, drawstring bags or in nicely made black jewelry boxes. Inside of those they were all individually wrapped in plastic. No weird smell though!
PRODUCTS: (4 out of 5) Not always as pictured!! This isn't a very bad thing but I can tell that the pictures were probably stolen. The jewelry itself is VERY SIMILAR but not exact. They are still really good quality and I've ordered from this company twice and I still love their products they make great gifts but order a few weeks ahead. Also, their products don't turn my skin green which is very nice.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: (5 out of 5) I haven't really had to contact customer support but I'm impressed with how well they use social media to their advantage. They message you on Facebook about promotions and shipping statuses which is very nice. So 5 stars for now.
Overall, I give this company 4 out of 5 stars and a big thumbs up! Good job guys!
