In January 2025, Leak Detection Services discovered a leaking pipe under our concrete floor. After a total lack of response from the company employed by our insurance provider, we contacted Bill Maynard from Aspray. Bill visited our property and from day one was excellent, aware of the general poor communication from the company, the delays and reluctance to settle the claim at a realistic figure. Bill continually contacted and chased them, pointing out their omissions and errors until we finally received a comprehensive and realistic reinstatement figure. He kept us informed of what was happening and without his perseverance we would probably still be struggling to actually get anywhere with the claim. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with…

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Satinder at Aspray East London. Our client here at Rockley Properties experienced a major flood in their property. Aspray was instructed. From start to finish Satinder was extremely professional and patient throughout. The property was immaculately restored and given back to us ready to let to new deserving tenants, to my clients amazement the process was effortless due to Satinder. Highly recommend.

Amazing service

Amazing service from Aspray
Was introduced to them by my insurance broker that does our property portfolio.with a claim on one of our rentals.from the moment I met the team they was very professional and did the claim without me having to do anything was so impressed. We was having a large claim going on at our house regarding work done by insurance company that was faulty.I was dealing with it at the time but getting nowhere.ask Lindsey to have a look at it and she tuck the Case on .the insurance company and there solicitors blocked her every move but she never gave up and after 18 months finally won our case and insurance company paid out fully thanks to Lindsey and her team

I was in a real muddle when my utility…

I was in a real muddle when my utility room sprung a leak, I phoned George at aspray, he got a plumber round and stopped the leak, the contractor he sent to put my house back together were very professional and did a good job, I'm very pleased and would not hesitate to use George again if I ever have another disaster

Experienced team which reduces hassle

Aspray made the whole process very easy, despite my insurer being difficult. They were able to negotiate a suitable solution and they managed to do it quickly and efficiently. Jon was very polite and easy to work with too, couldn’t recommend him and Aspray enough

monthly update!!!!
Despite promises to solve the disaster that is my kitchen which resulted from months of unsatisfactory work by a disabled joiner who was unfit to work and swore constantly and an unbelievable list of problems reported by a professional kitchen fitter, Aspray are still ignoring me. I will post a monthly update until they return with a reasonable offer. I am now left with no option but to contact trading standards.

The Loss Assessor (George Masterton) was thoughtful, caring and explained the process at every stage. Very helpful and understanding to our needs. We were always reassured by him. The contractor was professional, friendly, considerate and always punctual. He worked to a very high standard and he did a brilliant job. He was thoughtful to our needs and explained everything to us on a day to day basis. His workmanship was excellent and he wanted to give us the best he could do.

Aspray London East

Satinder of Aspray London East took all the hassle out of dealing with our insurance claim due to a leaky pipe. He liaised with the insurance company and also the company who were given the job to restore the property.

We are very pleased with the finished result. Satinder kept us informed and always got back to me if I texted him or left message. I would recommend Aspray loss assessors.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star ! Lost part of our roof in the storms in Jan and despite multiple messages for up dates our roof is still sitting exactly the same 4 months on ! Communication is appalling.

George Masterton from Aspray Peterborough recently handled an escape of water claim at my home.
Aspray managed everything on the claim effectively , liaising with my insurance company agreeing a settlement and instructing all works carried
Out by Asprays approved contractor.
My new kitchen looks fantastic. The works were done to a very high quality.The tradesmen were lovey people to deal with.
I can’t recommend Aspray Peterborough enough

Over the moon with the service from…

Over the moon with the service from Aspray. I had a complicated issue in my rental property, where there was a leak under the floorboards which was intermittent, recurring, and causing a real problem for my tenant and the tenant below. I had so many trades people out to try and resolve the issue and no one could get a handle on it. Aspray took control, including putting the tenant up in a hotel and doing a full rip out of the kitchen to find the issue; and now the tenant is back in her home, safe in the knowledge this has FINALLY been fixed. And with a 12 month warranty too! Thanks John and Aspray Team!

Clear genuine support from Satinder.

We were recommended to Aspray London East following water damages throughout our maisonette Flat. With busy commitments and a small child, we were unsure about how to progress the situation with our Block Management and Insurers.

Satinder assessed the full extent of damages caused and the works that would be fairly involved which we had not initially realised or could properly evidence.

We appreciate his input in this matter, at a difficult time for us, he is a very useful contact for Leaseholders.

Aspray's great service

Satinder Grewal at Aspray London East handled my subsidence claim. He clearly communicated what was happening at every stage and arranged meetings and contractors that fitted in with my schedule.

Every stage was well managed and all monitoring and contractor work was completed in good time and in a polite, professional manner.

Any information and communication was dealt with provided in a prompt and professional way and I always knew what was going on and the whole process was trouble free and I was at no point left in the dark about what was going on and how my claim was progressing.
