Aspray handled an escape of water claim…

Aspray handled an escape of water claim for me which caused rotten floor joists resulting in a full bathroom refurbishment and relocating the tenant to a hotel. Aspray managed the whole claim and were very friendly. I dealt mainly with Jimmy and Eliza who kept me up to date throughout and explained everything for me. Jimmy was also on hand all of the time even late at night to help out if I had any questions. I received all of the money back from when I paid to put the tenant in a hotel and I also got some loss of rent payments after the tenant left due to the leak. Overall I am very satisfied and the work is all now completed to a good standard thank you!

Took a long time but this was due to the insurance company’s loss adjusters who were a nightmare to deal with.
Aspray’s were good - fought our side and went over and above with the repairs. Communication was excellent, workers arrived on time.

Handled my claim they scammed the insurance appointed there contractors dynamic property services who made a total mess off my house now just waiting on a court date stay well clear of these 2 companys since I called the number they left here I was told more rubbish oh and apparently I'm not entitled to a subject access request which I was charged for

1 Star Due To Social Media Assumptions & Delayed Responses

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Aspray London South. After a fire at my business, I reached out for support and guidance with my insurance claim. Unfortunately, the response was filled with delays, miscommunication, and assumptions made without proper research. Despite providing all necessary documents and clarifications, they continued to draw incorrect conclusions based on irrelevant social media content, rather than considering the facts I had provided.

Not only did they question my transparency, but they also made baseless assumptions that created further obstacles in an already challenging situation. As a business owner, I expected professionalism and a fair assessment of my claim, but instead, I felt dismissed and misunderstood. I would not recommend Aspray London South if you’re looking for a responsive, knowledgeable, and impartial claims management service.

Great company

I had the unfortunate event of needing to claim through my insurance again but this time round I knew exactly who to call! Mario was fantastic yet again… having two young kids - organising all the work would have been impossible, but everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. No delays happened and the contractor was really professional. If anything I feel like my living room looks better than before. Thankyou to Mario and the team for always being there. Hopefully we won’t need you again… but if we do… you will be my first call!

Water leak in ceiling

When a pipe leaked in a ceiling I didn’t know where to start. My insurance company recommended using ‘check a trade’ to find a plumber and I was contacted by Aspray. George Masterton took over the management of repairs and dealing with the insurance company. I can’t thank, George, Stuart and Bev enough for all the work they did to repair the damage done to three rooms by the leak. A very professional service and all the contractors did a great job too. Thank you.

You were there every step of the way all the highs all the lows and you all just got things done for us with no questions. What a blessing

What a blessing! I feel so lucky that Kylie project managed my claim. From the moment she took on my claim She took so much stress out of it for me. She kept me fully informed of the project, and the various Mile stones. She found quality tradesmen to complete the work which was all done to a very high standard.

George was great from start to finish

George was great from start to finish, professional, responsive and took all of the hassle out of making a claim. I really can’t recommend them highly enough. My insurance company were very slow and delayed the whole process but George was constantly on their case on my behalf and even complained resulting in compensation. The teams who do the work are equally professional and skilled at what they do. Asprays will certainly be my go to should I ever have to make a claim again. Thank you team.

Aspray insurance assessors

I was introduced to Aspray following water damage to my bungalow due to a burst pipe in the loft whilst I was on holiday in January. George Masterton, from their Peterborough office, handled my insurance claim throughout and his service was exemplary. He advised on all aspects of the claim and dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. The outcome was extremely satisfactory and his professional advice was invaluable in achieving such a good settlement. Aspray made dealing with insurance claim easy

I had a slow leak which caused damage to the kitchen and the hall. My insurance company requested two quotes. I spent a considerable amount of time getting quotes from drying companies. I was not able to find a couple of companies with which I would have been happy to work with.

I was advised to contact a loss assessor company. I talked to a few and Aspray was my choice as you can meet a person who handles your claim before signing the paperwork. It gives you a chance to understand if you are going to be comfortable working with this person.

I had an initial meeting with Martyn Chapman of Chapman Property Solutions (Aspray sub-contractor). Martyn and I had a look at the damage together. It was important for me to understand what exactly needs to be done and why. Martyn walked me through his assessment and answered all my questions. I was happy to sign the paperwork and let Aspray handle my claim at this point.

I am happy that I decided to go with Aspray as it made dealing with the insurance loss adjustor so much easier for me. Martyn kept me up to date with the process. It took the stress out dealing with the claim as I felt that I have a good understanding what is happening and what to expect next.

I was really impressed with the quality of work. It was carried out to the highest standard. Martin and Richard left me amazed with their efficiency. The work was completed one week before the expected date and the place was left spotless.

I would highly recommend Aspray and Chapman Property Solutions to anyone who has to deal with this kind of issues.

Insurance Claim

Aspray (London East) took on our claim after another company delayed progressing it for us (before they then informed us they would not be proceeding with the claim).

Our claim was far from straightforward and Aspray has been instrumental in progressing matters to a satisfactory conclusion with our insurance company.

I have no hesitation in recommending Aspray’s (and in particular Satinder) to others who have an insurance claim (particularly in non-straightforward cases).

Let Aspray take the stress out of dealing with insurance.

The assessor Satinder was competent and very knowledgeable of all that needed to be done to get the flat back to its full potential.
The flood damage had caused extensive damp and rotted couple of floor boards. The team Gary ,Andy and another lovely guy I’ve forgotten the name , managed to fix the damage with new wood and it looks even better than before. The painters were very considerate and worked quickly even on the hottest days.
I am really impressed with the whole team. Really thankful to them all.

Insurance Claim

After a leak in our central heating system, we were lucky to have Bill's support at all stages of the process, from the initial dealings with the insurance, to the finding of builders and checking of the work carried out.
Bill answered every query, including minor ones, promptly and extensively. We felt that he had our best interest in mind.

I was contacted by George Masterton 5…


I was contacted by George Masterton 5 months into our claim when we needed repairs done to our home after a leak. Our home insurance wanted me to get a quote for the repair work after all the asbestos and drying had been completed by our insurance company. Although George is not a builder, he asked if we needed help. To be honest, like most people, I had no idea what I was doing, what I needed, and where i was going to find a trusted person to come into my home to even give me a quote for repairs. George came to my home that day, he looked around and told me that my home was still very wet, the asbestos had not all been removed properly, and that we basically needed to start from the beginning again.
George is definitely not someone that messes around. If he tells you will get it done, George gets it done. He made our lives easier to the point that everything was taken care of. We needed a new toilet so he got one that day. Skips ordered for strip out? he facilitated it.
That same week I had the drying company in rechecking moisture levels. George got a new asbestos remover in within weeks. He even battled with the insurance company on our behalf concerning the asbestos and drying companies with the way they left us.
George's guys who do all the work along side him are all fantastic people who are always so happy to help.
George got our house back and looking 100 times better than before with his wonderful decorators. I'm glad I answered the phone to George. If you're struggling through an insurance claim and you're feeling lost, George Masterton is your guy. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. We can thank him enough.
