Bill Maynard at Aspray came highly recommended, and he lived up to it!

Bill Maynard at Aspray was recommended to me by my sister after Bill had helped her with a claim, and everything she said was true! Bill was great all the way through, very responsive and straightforward to deal with. Took over the correspondence with the insurance company, and left me to get on with my life! The builders he selected were ace, really diligent and helpful, and as a result I just felt really comfortable the whole way through. It did take a while, but it was worth it. Thank you Bill!

Couldn't be better. I cannot thank Ana enough

I don't really have the words to explain how much of a Godsend Ana of Aspray has been. Ana took care of every little thing for the whole process. Without her, I would have lost everything with the insurance company being so difficult. I don't think I've ever had anyone fight as hard for me and my family as Ana of Aspray has done. She kept us informed, took care of everything including alternative accomodation, dealing with insurance, dealing with the contractors, inspecting the work, advising us every step of the way. She even became a listening ear when we became stressed or worried. Honestly, Ana and Aspray have been the best decision I ever made. I cannot do Ana justice with mere words. Ali, the kids and I are truly grateful and thankful from the bottom of our hearts. She is a hero and deserves to be recognised for her efforts and results. Thank you, Ana. We could not have done this without you. Bless you.

Terrific support from Satinder

We had a long complicated property claim. Satinder at Aspray London East resolved this to our complete satisfaction.

Every detail was noted,he was extremely thorough and patient!

Don't waste your time

This company was recommended to me, however, I found when I enquired re: communication, and how it would work (this was at the beginning of the engagement). They were not interested i.e. threw insults at me, and said they didn't want to do the work. I felt they offered a cash only service, and were not interested in the people involved nor the impacts on their lives, just turning around a quick cash deal and only if the job is easy. This is the impression I got. Their inability to reason and communicate professionally has motivated me to warn others, as I found the interaction extra-ordinary and am professional myself so accustomed to being able to enquire and problem solve. Perhaps the job was outside the scope of the franchisees capability - in which case I would have expected this feedback to be offered in an open and professional manner.It is a kind offer that Aspray have requested I call in, however Head Office were instrumental in this poor communication, so I fear it will be circular, particularly as there are other reviews which resonate with my experience. Sharing so others can avoid a negative experience albeit mine was short lived.

We used Aspray to handle a home…

We used Aspray to handle a home insurance claim after a water leak. George Masterton made the the whole process stress free and was able to help us get a great outcome. I would highly recommend using Aspray.

Great service

Scott at Aspray handled our claim in a professional, helpful and friendly manner. He took away all the stress of dealing with the insurance company and insured all remedial work was done to a high standard.

Above and beyond

Aspray looked after the repairs on my late mother’s house, with us being on the other side of the country. George handled the whole process acting on our behalf with the insurance company, extremely professional and went over and above to assist us, we wouldn’t have been able to do it without him at an extremely difficult time.

Leaky flat

We had substantial damage from multiple leaks into our ground floor apartment. The process lasted years and is still ongoing due to the number of other flats and managing agent involved. Satinder assisted us with assessing the damage, meeting with the various stakeholders on multiple occasions to scope the work out. There were complications with the remedial work as there had been a lot of water under the concrete floor. Satinder worked with the insurers to find a solution. It has been a very stressful and draining process and it was good to have Satinder on our side.

George Masterton came to our rescue…

George Masterton came to our rescue with a serious water leak. He handled everything brilliantly, and professionally. Taking all the pressure off of us from connecting and communicating with our insurance company, to project managing all the work which was excellent. George is client focussed and goes the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction during and after all the work. Aspray and George exceeded and our expectations.
Recommend them highly.

Outstanding service from ASPRAY

I am a Property Manager of the tenanted property that sustained a significant demage due to escape of water. I had a hard time dealing with the insurers and couldn't find contractors that would agree to undertake such a big project on a short notice,because the tenant had to move out temporarily so time was of the essence. I'm so glad that I got in contact with George Masterton from ASPRAY. He explained all process really well and it was such a relief that George took over and managed the insurance claim on behalf of me and the Landlord.The contractors were also very professional and did a great job.George used his experience and connections to speed up the insurance claim which we are so grateful for. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

After having a leak I contacted Aspray George came and dealt with everything from the insurance company to completion of the work.
Everything was carried out in a timely manner and George and his team were very reliable. I would highly recommend George.

effortless experience

We had a leaking pipe set in concrete and had no idea of what the process of repair and claim would be and - as it was underground - no idea of what the damage would be or how to repair it.

Mario from Aspray filled in the gaps and undertook the task of damage assessment and repair and liasing with our insurance company. The contractors he used did a good job and the only real delay in the process was due to the insurer.

As I'm pretty busy, I couldn't have handled all this on my own so it was great to have somebody do it for me without any charge. A pretty effortless experience !

Saved by Aspray - hooray for Bill Maynard

I am so thankful a friend recommended Aspray to me, as I was having trouble with the subcontracted assessors who were appointed to my claim by my insurer. Little did I know how many months of battle were still ahead of us...Thankfully Bill Maynard is a seasoned negotiator with broad knowledge of the field and he represented me well, so I could relax about the whole claim process. He managed to get me a realistic and favourable outcome and I recommend his services unreservedly.
