Excellent experience, called one day, got an appointment the next day at a time that suited. Microsuction done and ear is definitely better, less blocked and hearing improved. All good.

Just back from an Aston Hearing appointment with Louise at The Grange. Highly professional and with great care. She really took the time and trouble to fully investigate my ear problem in addition to providing detailed information for my GP.

Delighted with my first appointment with Chloe at the Grange. She took enormous trouble adjusting and readjusting my new hearing aids to overcome my particular problem. Her proposed way forward does, I think, offer my best chance of getting a satisfactory outcome.

You can always depend on Aston Hearing. I recently visited Louise at The Grange, she saw me at very short notice. She was completely professional and caring in her approach, even sorting out some problems I didn't know I had. I entirely trust the people at Aston Hearing, wherever they are; they are professional, competent and fun to deal with.

I have been using Aston for a number of years(20+); the service is always exemplary and thorough. They give advice and reassurance with every aspect of the service and keep up to date with developments in the induestry. And they smile and make you feel welcome too!

I've had a couple of hearing tests and the process is always very easy and everyone working there has always been great. Would recommend.

Aston hearing is an efficiently run specialist hearing clinic located in the centre of Thame, with immediately convenient parking. I was seen and treated by a highly experienced Ear, nose and throat practitioner who managed to combine a delicate hand, with skill and persistence in removing the most solid stubborn wax blockages from both my ears. The process was entirely non-invasive and without any form of pain or discomfort.

I found the fee reasonable, particularly as within the same cost, it included a later follow up appointment to ensure that the removal of wax from my ears had been completely effective.

I could not recommend this small, highly professional practice enough.

I attended a pre booked hearing test. There is a lovely atmosphere when you enter from Karen the receptionist to my audiologist Paula. It was nice that after 17 months Paula remembered previous conversations. Bless her kindness. Well done all at Astons Heating Amersham.

The staff at Aston Hearing, Thame, are always so helpful. I give them full marks for all their efforts with my mother’s hearing aids. She is 100 years and nearly blind and has very poor hearing, so the support from Aston Hearing has been great. Many thanks to Karen and the team.

I big thank you to Paula for explaining all about hearing aids and carrying out the scan. I am very pleased with the hearing aids supplied yesterday and very grateful for the detailed explanation as to how to adjust and clean them. I look forward to the next meeting to review their use.
