My excellent experience of nearly four months at the ATTIC STORAGE Harrow Branch is outstanding.
Many times I have traveled on all levels of flight service, and used Business Class with various airlines, but all you get is a few hours of artificial glims of smiling and the hospitality you receive. Honesty here at the Attic Storage, no matter the request or discussion, the very well-trained and experienced Manager James and the team Ange, Andre, Maria, Marco, Sameer, and even the cleaning team Kirk, and Carmen have gone out of their way to accommodate me.
I must state, most importantly, I have never seen any communication gaps between the team.
Even at the time of their overlord work, attendees queue, or busy on the telephone, the staff members' response does not limit you to just the coffee offering but is conscious of how valuable client's time is. They are always polite, I have never heard anything distasteful. They remain calm, and selfless while maintaining dignity. All religion's faiths are respected, and they provide very quick satisfactory solutions as if they are a friend or family member. The staff are attentive and when they read your tiredness from your eyes, they request to have a rest but provide mental and physical help at the time of your need. They never fail to drop their good behavior.
It's not just limited to keeping your things secure, but the schedule of the maintenance on the premises is very well organized and avoids any conflicts with the client's work - entering / exacting time at service of 24-hour access. Attic Storage is truly putting on the ground all of its promises.
I strongly support coming and joining the Attic Storage - Harrow. 100% secure and safe, 24 hrs easy to access.

Had a pleasant experience though out my 5 months contract. The team was able to accommodate to my needs on a very short notice. The facility is very well kept and compromises of really cool features making visits easy. Special thanks to team members Samir and Andre which made opening and closing and account extremely easily, if I was to use the facility again I would gladly come back.

And no Andre the jacket isn't generic!

I liked Angela the staff I met. Extremely helpful, polite,kind and went out of her way to make my experience at the storage facility satisfying. But Amir was not and this is not the first time. I enjoy this because of Angela input. I told the Manager on meeting them outside about this. She has good vibes. A treasure for any business who has staff like this.

I had my correspondence with Mark at Attic Self Storage in Stanmore, he provided me with fantastic customer service. I had return parcels delivered to the storage facility by mistake, but Mark stored them for me until I could collect them. Not to forget the front reception staff were really kind and respectful.

Attic Self Storage in Harrow offers great storage spaces. The spaces are clean and cool. I was assisted by Marco initially and afterwards by Maria. Their assistance was really good. Maria gave me a call the day before my contracted started to make sure I knew what I was going to do the following day. She also provided details on the invoice I received afterwards. Definitely recommended.

Had a really, really positive experience at the Attic self storage all thanks to Andre. He was so friendly and understanding through the process of getting access to our unit. Really appreciate all of his help and would recommend asking for him if you need storage needs at this self storage. Great customer service

My experience from Attic Self Storage was great. As it was the first time I have used a storage unit I didn’t really know what to expect. Andre gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the place and was guiding us along the way. He was really helpful and I was relieved after not knowing what to expect. The staff overall was very respectful and I’m thankful to have chosen my storage unit here.

Really friendly and helpful team from the start of making an enquiry to checking. Maria helped with the checking in, she was really helpful and explained everything very clearly. We decided to make a very last minute change to our booking, James happily accommodated this. We also dealt with other staff members who were just as helpful before booking, apologies to them that I didn't take note of their name.

I have to say, the best customer service and experience I have ever had with a storage unit company. the people who looked after us was Maria Basile, Andre Campbell and James the Manager of the store.

they understand how to take care of people, and how to resolve problems quickly and professionally. More like hosting storage.

Also, the Harrow site is new, super clean, bright, smells good and has music playing - the best experience I have had with a company of this nature, form phone interactions to in-person.
