Amazing range and service

Amazing range and service. Ordered 3 controllers one arrived dead. Contacted customer service. Was given option to take to local, went to the local store no questions asked was offer a refund or they would find another one. Few days later got a call to pick it up. Local store went above and beyond to source the same controller as I mentioned I liked the one. Unreal customer service from Cex

Customer service was great

Customer service was great, trade in prices are the best by a long shot, game prices are amazing and free postage over $50 is 👌. This is where I’ll be doing my purchases now.

Condition of Goggle mini nest a disgrace. Had to pay to return and the replacement was not a 2nd gen goggle nest.

Scratches not advised

It would’ve been nice to know that the Gameboy Advance SP would have scratches on it before spending $165 on it. Not mad that it has scratches cause it does work, but please advise that it’s possible.

Ordered a GoPro hero7

Ordered a GoPro hero7, listed as ‘B grade’ when it comes charging does not work and there is clear mineral deposit within charging seal, suggesting water damage. Will be returning product.

Received the wrong items and customer…

Received the wrong items and customer service did not respond to my emails. Will not be purchasing future items online. Very poor.

Overall it’s been okay

Overall it’s been okay, but the lens I bought had sensor dust that was not listed and the gimbal I bought did not have a mounting plate, which was also not listed on the description

You did well in sorting out the missing…

You did well in sorting out the missing invoice and I would have given you 5 stars for outstanding service.
The only thing that dropped the score was the ongoing failure to enter the GPU purchase in my account's record of purchases.
I would have thought that was automatic but it looks like I'll have to juggle a paper printout for the next 5 years if I wish to protect the warranty.
