Great service but system not friendly !!

my overall experience with your service, which was great, especially the knowledge exhibited by their customer service agent. They were truly spot on!

However, I encountered a bit of an issue regarding the address verification system. When I dropped off my package, the agent informed me that the address on my driver's license did not match the delivery address associated with my order. Since my license has my home address while my packages are delivered to my office, it created a discrepancy that resulted in my package being declined.

It would be beneficial for their system to differentiate between home and delivery addresses to avoid such situations in the future. Unfortunately, I had to return online to change the address to my home and then raise a selling query, which was a bit cumbersome.

The drive I purchased was used not new.

I was suspicious when the hard drive arrived that it appeared to be used. It turns out that the drive is in fact used and has been accessed over 8000 times.
I purchased this device on the assumption that it was new and unused because your website didn’t say anything about it being used.

They sent me the wrong ram in speed

They sent me the wrong ram in speed, and also sent me two different ram manufacturers which has caused performance issues as the ram doesnt seem to be fully compliant

Really happy with this purchase

Really happy with this purchase. The PS2 network adaptor arrived in great condition and worked perfectly straight away. Installation was easy and it fits securely with no issues. It’s exactly what I needed to get more out of my PS2 setup. Fast delivery and well packaged too. Highly recommend

Product is in fantastic condition

Product is in fantastic condition. It was rated as "A" but this item came with all original packaging and not a mark on the item itself. Cannot ask for better than that!
Also very happy with the timeliness of the shipping of the item.
