One star is far too generous, I will never deal with this company again, ever. Their customer service is atrocious, they refuse to listen to the customer and the goods they provide are sub standard. I ordered an item, the deliver took weeks and when it arrived the zip was faulty and the item was not the quality described. I returned the item within 3-days and when no refund was received I contacted customer service only to be fobbed off without any compromise. I will never buy from this company again and I would advise potential customers to stay clear. There are much better suppliers out there, avoid this one like the plague.

Garments look amazing on website. Fab marketing effort, the models are wearing original items that this company have copied. What you will receive will be nothing like what you see. Absolutely cheap tacky quality, far worse than SHEIN. This is an utter scam! Avoid at all costs, unless you want to look like a class A hooker and love cheap crap.

Like others, I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. Very poor quality item, and the returned process is shocking. At the moment I can return the product and pay minimum £23 shipping to return or keep the crappy dress that doesn’t fit, and have another item but pay £20 in shipping costs for the privilege of receiving another crappy dress. Also they give the impression that they are a London based company. Why are so many scam clothing companies allowed to advertise on Facebook, when a totally innocent individual has their account suspended for no reason.
My legs are going to hurt from kicking myself over this one!!

Don’t order from this company. Coat arrived and was miles too big and not like the description - company won’t refund in full as return is to China and courier costs start at £25, which amounts to half the value of my item. Held to ransom with offer of 20% refund and keep the item or a 70% promotion credit….they are acting illegally. Pursuing via Ombudsman.

Sadly cant leave - 1 star rating! Avoid like the plague. Disgusting quality ... looks nothing like the photo and HUGE. Very badly made. "Reduced" silk shirt feom £89.99 to £39.99 ... bargain I thought! Read reviews on fb ... fantastic. Got in touch with customer services.... dreadful!!! They can offer full refund if you post back to Asia and minimum cost is £23 OR you can keep the shite blouse and get a 50% reduction off something else!!! Complete rip off. Why are they still allowed to advertise.on Facebook?

The clothes I purchased are clearly from Temu. They were meant to be sale items reduced to £49.99 from £150. I found the identical dresses on Temu. After reading reviews I am reluctant to send back as I may not get my refund. I think they are nice but not of a quality of a dress supposed to be worth £150. My friend ordered one of the dresses from Temu and Bingo! Look at Temu first. Waited ages for delivery as well, probably a fake website too. Come packaged nice in Aubury Rose, but you have to pay to return them, even Temu don't do that!!

Totally agree with all previous negative feedback. Why didn’t I read the reviews on here?? Do not buy from this company, two items arrived late, took over 2 weeks, squashed into a tiny bag 8”x9” bag sent on from China from someone called ‘Edward’ in a warehouse in London. Emailed for a refund to Aubrey-Rose, the reply came back from Audrey Rose, not recognising my order number! Same format and everything. I can’t believe that they are allowed to continue to scam so many people! The quality is absolute rubbish. A very expensive mistake at £67.99

Recently I brought a coat, absolutely scram, it looks completely different, what is shown images on the website, worst quality, its looks like its has been donated the charity, poorest quality.

No levels nothing on the coat, be careful when buy something. My advice would be do not buy anything, if you do will be regret.

Refund policy rubbish. They are offering me 10% refund and keep the product or 50% off another crap product or full refund if I send and pay for postage but won't give me the address beforehand. Probably some god forsaken place overseas and I'll never receive the refund and will have wasted postage.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy anything from this company. Total con. Quality very very poor and I’m sure under trades distribution act is illegal!!! Getting money back is a waste of time. Never again!!!

Beware of this very misleading company. Ordered an item which took ages to arrive and was a different colour to what I ordered. However, to return I need to pay for delivery to their warehouse in Asia and then wait for the refund. I do not trust this company at all and only wish I had read the stream if dreadful reviews before ordering,

Oh where do I start!

This website NEEDS to be shut down as it is operating illegally.

Like many others, I fell for the Instagram advertising and the attractive clothes on the website from a so called UK based company called Aubrey & Rose London that also has a UK domain name.

They market themselves as 'having provided 31 years excellent service based on trust and excellence' but Companies House tells me otherwise. The items they send out look nothing like the pictures and are made from cheap fabric with poor stitching and design flaws - basically you can't even wear them if you wanted to. The pictures on the website are AI generated and feature 'happy' customers holding attractive packaging when in fact what you will receive is a poorly made piece of clothing in a plastic bag that's come from China and takes 2 to 3 weeks to get to you.

If you want to speak to them, there is no business address or phone number on the website - just a contact form from which you will receive an email only from an obscure address from a person who won't give you their full name.

Their returns policy does not state that you have to return the item to China at a returns cost starting at £23. This is not mentioned anywhere else on their website and not at the time of purchase either. Alternatively, they say that they'll give you a 20% refund and you can keep the item or a store credit (what a joke).

I sincerely advise anyone thinking of making a purchase from 'Aubrey and Rose London' to not do it. It is a scam. Whilst you will receive an item of clothing, you won't be able to wear it and you won't able to return it either.

Lesson learnt. If buying from a company you've never heard of do your research first.

Like many others, the product I received does not resemble the item shown in the images. When I tried to return it for a refund, it became clear the company is actually based in China, meaning return shipping costs are substantial.

The only options offered were a 10% refund or store credit, which is unacceptable and makes obtaining a full refund effectively impossible.

This is very poor service. The company should not advertise itself as London-based when it is clearly operating from China. The lack of transparency and unfair refund process is misleading and disappointing.

Dress described as suede, it was cheap nylon. Not the dress shown in pictures. I was refused a refund and was told it would cost over £30 to send it to Belgium. This is not a company from London as states. Do not buy from this site, it's a total scam.

Like so many others fell for the pictures. Dress arrived just before Xmas and was nothing like I’d seen. Too big, cheap material… don’t fall for the London in their name. Guess it’s cheap Chinese clothing that’s near impossible to return

Very bad experience with this company the item (coat) is nothing like the picture! It’s cheap and not even cheerful I look like dell boy from only fools and horses (well he looked better) and when it comes to returning even worse ! This company makes you think there a couple in London but definitely not ..

Wanted to return a dress and was told it would cost me at least £23. Also which company doesn't offer either a full refund or a credit note worth the value of an item bought?
