Absolute rubbish, shocking quality nothing like the photo on website and terrible refund and return policy, they basically take your money and send you clothes that are terrible quality and then keep you money and make you pay the send it back for a refund of only a percentage of what you have spend AVOID !!!

Awful from start to finish. Not UK based as advertised. Chinese which in itself is not an issue apart from the fact they portray themselves to be UK based.
Clothing - Horrific. Bought a coat reduced to £49 from £169. Didn’t think it was that starting price anyway lol However the coat wasn’t the one advertised, wrong colour, wrong buttons, wrong fabric, not lined as shown on website and truly not worth £5 never mind £169 🙈
Returns - Even worse if that was possible! Now state must be sent to our “International warehouse” at a cost of £23 🤣🤣🙈🙈
Not happening. Email sent giving 48hrs to provide UK shipping address. If not I will contact my bank who will open a fraud case and return my money within 48hrs. Clothes and website are fraudulent….STAY AWAY

Avoid buying anything from this company! I fell for the London based company bit like many others. Ordered a dress for £45, it arrived after Christmas, unrecognisable from what was pictured! Wouldn’t even give this rag to charity, probably will cut it up and use it to polish the car!!! Contacted my credit card company and have been refunded in full via charge back, don’t even bother getting anything out of them!!! Total rip off merchants!!

I ordered four dresses from Aubrey & Rose believing this was a UK/London-based retailer, based on how the website is presented. The dresses were poor quality, did not match the website images, and felt like very cheap material.

When I requested a return, I was told I must send the items back to an address in China at my own cost — something that was not clearly stated before ordering. I was offered only a partial refund, not a full refund.

Other customers should be aware of the misleading pricing, poor product quality, and return terms before purchasing.

Horrific - looks and feels like a sack - do not buy. Say they are from London - they are based in China and you have to pay postage to send it back

This company is fraudulently advertising goods claiming they are of good quality and using images that are not the items available. The company is China based and not as stated on the Website which is shown as London. If you have purchased anything and wish to return it notify your bank/ card provider and ask them to intervene. This can by done under the chargeback option which both banks and credit card companies are able to enforce. The company is in breach of your consumer rights and the returns policy advertised is not upheld once you've purchased. This entitles you to be refunded by law. Trading standards have been notified & hopefully the company will be prevented from trading.

Dress took ages to arrive, the moment I got it out of the bag I knew it was super cheap quality, when I unfolded it, I was right. I should have come to trust pilot for reviews before buying.

return policy is customer has to pay for shipping to Asia! I am going to resell it as never worn labels on.

Dreadful quality clothing, inaccurate images and highly suspect refund policy. No policy available at time of purchase and only 10% offered of price paid or 50% store credit to be hoodwinked again into buying garbage. Alternatively, goods to be returned at own expense to an international address quoting c.£23 postage.

I want to give no stars but won’t let me. NOT an English company and in China. Reporting this transaction to Trading Standards. The quality of the clothing you send out is appalling! Anyone thinking of using this online Uk advertised business supplying ‘quality’ clothing please think again , this fraudulent operation is the definition you do not in any way get what you pay for

Took forever to arrive , and i paid £50 for a dress i wouldnt give a fiver for, its cheap and nasty , its nothing like the picture, the material its awful 🤬

Please honestly avoid this site , a scammers, order a dress of £45 as it’s said on website based in London, delivery took over 4 weeks in a between try to cancel my order with no luck 🤕. Eventually arrived , and that was a disaster, nothing like on the picture, the cheapest material the dress wound not worth a £1 in my opinion, return it’s on your own experience back to chine approximately £23 and very risky , they could be telling you that they never recieved. So if you considering buying avoid , they use AI imiges to attract the costumers. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot prior to ordering! Read their fake reviews on website which were all good of course. Ordered glamorous jump suit. It is absolute shite!! Badly made, cheap material, bad fit. Can't be bothered to attempt to return it after reading others experience so will just put it down to experience and lesson learnt but £54 wasted😔. Think this company should be reported to FB and removed plus report to trading standards.

My mum ordered a dress, it’s nothing like the dress she saw online, terrible material, now I’m left with dealing with the terrible customer service, we don’t want the dress but to return it we are expecting to pay £23 postage, even though the website say free returns, and they have given my mum a voucher for % off that doesn’t even work.
If I could do more about this I would, is is a terrible dress and a terrible service.

Ordered dress which was apparently good quality and worth a lot of money. Big discount and thought why not, try it. Arrived late and poor quality, looked cheap. Have filed a return but have been told it will be a minimum of £23 to return. Nearly as much as the dress. Be warned!

Can’t believe this company exist, husband bought me a dress which turned out to be a pile of crap to put it politely!
No point complaining or trying to get a refund I’m guessing you’ll get no response so a complete waste of money!

Do not purchase from this company the goods are very poor and they will not refund your money

The address for returns does not exist stay well clear from ordering anything the garment I purchased is only worth the price of a dish cloth very poor quality

Don't be fooled by the name aubrey and rose LONDON as its from China and a load of rubbish. I ordered the so called elegant jumpsuit and it took ages to arrive and material was cheap and cheerful and when I asked to return I was told it will cost me 23 pounds or more which is a joke. Please boycott this shop I wish I had read the reviews first and not been stupid losing 59 pounds

False advertising
Supposedly based in London but ship shite from China.
Make it nearly impossible to return items due to extortionate cost.
Try to find their returns page…impossible.
Steer clear

Although the dress arrived by due date …the dress is absolutely awful & tacky.
Extremely bad & cheap quality shiny polyester fabric, badly made with one panel shading compared to the rest of the garment. Awful stitching & seam puckering. Price wasn’t cheap…what I received was on a par with Temu quality which probably would’ve of only cost around £10 !!
I ordered it as it looked so stunning in the video …obviously clever videoing! My mistake was I unfortunately didn’t do my reviews before ordering…which I normally always do. Had I read the reviews…I definitely wouldn’t have ordered it !
Disgraceful & misleading advertising!
I won’t be returning it as going by reviews it will cost me another £23 to send back to China. Not worth the hassle.
Don’t be fooled by clever videos & images …absolutely not what the company claims to be!!
Lesson learnt.

Avoid. Product looks nothing like website. Impossible to get a refund.
