PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP and read the reviews before purchasing any dress from this company. Clothes are CHEAP MATERIAL and try and return it and it will cost you £23 or take a 20% refund and lose £30 on a £40 dress. This is a RIPOFF COMPANY PLEASE DO NOT USE.!!

I ordered an item 14 days ago and am yet to receive it and when you email it does not go through would not use again.

Awful quality. Awful fit. £40 dress that is absolutely hideous. I thought because I had seen the dress on a model walking up and down that it couldn’t be bad. Well believe me it is. It was supposed to have a corset inside and doesn’t. Nothing about the dress was like the video.

DO NOT PURCHASE VIA FACEBOOK OR ONLINE, OR AT ALL!! The quality of the dresses I received was shocking!!! £40 for a cheap, poorly made dresses which would cost about 50p to make. Obviously went to return them and was told £23 postal charge would apply. And 6 to 8 weeks to process refund subject to quality control (what a joke when the quality of the clothing is abismal !!!) I have read the returns policy, and this information is not advised. This is Obviously not stated as no one in their right mind would purchase and agree to pay this returns fee. Deliberately mis leading. Shame on you Aubrey Rose.

I Ordered a dress seen on Facebook that looked great and was advertised as from a London top class fashion house. How wrong was I, it came from China, not labelled, scagged material and puckered stitching a piece of material only sewed one side and hanging down and a poor fit also oversized on the top, a faulty product all round. I sent an email to their customer service and was asked for video/photo evidence of which I sent and the customer Service agent was

Which they offered me a 20% refund or I could pay around £23 to return it for a full refund. consumer rights law states as it is a faulty product they should supply pre paid return postage. I advised them of this and advised they were breaking the law but to no avail so I reluctantly accepted a measly £8 refund for a £40 product that is of no use to anyone. I replied to a Facebook person who said they were going to order the same dress so I advised them against it to have my reply removed. There should be a law against companies like this being in business, a disgrace. Trading standards should be involved and they should be shut down for misleading the consumer and not following consumer rights laws.

Ordered a dress for my husband's funeral in good time. Received it the date after the funeral. In fact first delivery attempt was day of funeral. Received message to say tried to deliver and we were out. Could not believe it. Quality was poor. Nothing re design, fabric, style was as described. Out of 10 will give them minus -10. DO NOT order from them. Facebook needs to remove them from website, terrible representation.

An absolutely despicable company. They lie, cheat, scam and take your money. Advise they are in the UK, items come frome China. Very poor quality and then they steal your money with a fake returns policy. They need shutting down! AVOID, SCAMMERS

So wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Dress was very poor quality and did not resemble the website images. Delivery took weeks and returns have to be made to China at customers cost. Also, small print suggests that they will also deduct their original shipping costs. I checked and thought they were based on London but this was misleading.

Should have read the reviews - the dress I received was nothing like the website photo, poor quality, not well made, different colour than expected. Can only return if I pay £23 returns cost, won't make this mistake again, avoid at all costs

Do not order from this company. They advertise quality clothes and what you get is sheer tat and nothing like your order. They then tell you it’s £23 to return your shoddy item. Avoid like the plague

Clothing cheeply made and not as described, asking me to pay for the return £23 to china and will take 6-8 Weeks, UK return address not available to retun good, Very bad company avoid at all costs

DO NOT purchase from this company. After an extended delivery time ( obv. because the goods come from China and not London) the dress I received did not resemble the dress in the photo on the website and the quality of the dress was abysmal(cheap tat is putting it politely!). Retruning goods results in a 10% refund, a 50% credit note to use on future purchases (no chance!)or a full refund if you send goods back to China "apparently" their UK warehouse is undergoing renovation.
Please also note that at the time of writing my review the company has not defended itself against bad reviews on this site.

Complete scam!! Stay clear!!!!

I ordered a dress from this site that lead me to believe that it was an English company. Delivery took ages and when I opened the parcel the dress was completely unlabelled. No company name, no size lable and no washing instructions. It was so poorly made and did not fit at all. Please stay clear of this company. Returning the dress was a complete night mare too. I settled for a 10% refund instead of paying inexcess of £23 to return it to China. I shall not be giving this company any more of my money!!!!

Fake site most probably chinese who pretend they are UK based with unknown address. Bought a dress for 44 pounds which turned up shabby cheap piece of garbage, they wanted 23 pounds to return. I am fed up with fake sites who use honest people to con them. They should be controlled.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. My dress arrived today. It was awful. It did not look anything like it did on website- wrong colour. It was cheap and looked like a fancy dress output. Requested a refund but refund/return policy is awful

My dress too ages to arrive, nearly three weeks.
When it did eventually turn up the quality and colour was nothing like the dress on the website. It was more like something you would buy from a well known chinese clothing company for a quarter of the price. Despite checking the measurements and measuring myself the dress was much bigger. I asked to return it but despite being advertised as Aubrey & Rose UK, they gave me a return address in China and told me that it would have to be returned at my own cost. Aubrey and Rose is NOT a UK boutique selling high quality clothes.
