Ordered a coat that looked gorgeous on Facebook. Absolutely awful quality can’t possibly give as a Christmas gift. Why didn’t I check reviews first!!! Cost just under £60 wouldn’t buy it for a fiver

I wore this dress to a formal dinner and felt fantastic. What a stunning dress! The velvet gives it an elegant and timeless look, and it looks beautiful in photos. I would order it in another color immediately.

I bought a dress for a weekend event and was thrilled with how light and flowing it felt. Luckily, I ordered it early, as the delivery was significantly delayed, and it arrived just in time for my event. The print was beautiful, and the dress draped perfectly without feeling restrictive anywhere. I felt feminine, comfortable, and very elegant.

I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering online, but the customer service team was warm and helpful when I had a sizing question. The item arrived neatly packed and the material feels durable yet soft. The design is simple and classic, something I know I'll wear for years, not just one season.

1-Star Review – Misleading “UK/London” Branding, Poor Quality & Refund Pressure

I would strongly advise others not to purchase from this website.

The brand is presented as London / UK-based, which led me to believe I was buying from a UK retailer. In reality, the item was shipped directly from China, which was not made clear at the point of purchase.

When the dress arrived, the quality was extremely poor:
• Very thin, cheap material
• Poor construction and finish
• No manufacturer or care label inside the garment
• Sizing completely inaccurate compared to standard UK sizing
• The item did not resemble the product photos or description

I contacted customer service to return the item. Instead of honouring a straightforward refund, I was repeatedly offered:
• Partial refunds (10%, then 20%, then 50%)
• Store credit
• Pressure to keep the item

When I insisted on a full refund, I was told I must pay £23+ to return the item to China, despite the product being faulty and misrepresented. They refused to provide a prepaid return label or a UK return address, even though the brand markets itself as UK-based.

This back-and-forth, combined with misleading branding, poor-quality goods, and refusal to take responsibility for return costs, follows a common dropshipping dispute pattern.

If you’re expecting a genuine UK fashion brand or decent quality, you will be disappointed. I would avoid this site and purchase from a reputable retailer instead.

Very slow delivery , not from London but China, very very poor quality

The company claim to have a shop in London they don’t should have checked before I ordered! The clothes I ordered I have since seen advertised on Temu, the dresses I ordered are cheap look like tents and very poor quality

Ordered a pair of boots in a uk 6 and was sent a uk 4. Contacted the seller under the return policy and that’s when the excuses started… UK warehouse under renovation, sizes may vary etc. was then offered 10% refund and keep the boots, 70% voucher and keep boots, or post to China costing £23! Really wish I’d read the previous reviews before I ordered them.
Do not touch them, shiny AI website shows made up photos and dodgy reviews. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

The dress come payed £50 apparently it was supposed to be £130 and was in the sale

I bought it thinking it was a jacket, but it turned out to be typical rubbish. I bought it first and only later noticed the reviews — typical junk. A return is practically impossible. Do not buy.

Shocking quality took 6 weeks to arrive the dress is like a rag nothing like the beautiful AI version on Facebook -the coat is dreadful dreadful quality with puckering on shoulder and a cheap nasty material - I’ve learned my lesson the hard way and after reading how difficult it is to even get a suggestion of refund I’m not attempting it - the dress is poorly designed and fits massive at the top with puckering - not even a qualified dressmaker could tweak this piece to look remotely decent - shocking that they can trade with such false advertising !!

Omg DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. Cheap Chinese dress, material is cheap overlocked rubbish. Mine has arrived finally after a month and it’s faulty. Now they are trying to charge me £23 to return it as it has to be returned to their international wearhouse, not the uk address on the package. Wish I had read the reviews on here first saved myself some money

This is a Chinese site. They portray themselves as based in the UK. BUT THEY ARE NOT! I wanted to return my order as it arrived late for the occasion that I had hoped to wear it to ( it took a long time to arrive ). The delivery had an address in Southall London but they do not accept returns. You have to send it back to China (for a minimum cost of £23 and it can take up to 6 weeks. They also charge you for the original postage costs). THIS SITE IS A SCAM.

I ordered two tops and a pair of trousers, and I was genuinely surprised by how soft and breathable the fabric felt. At my age (64), comfort matters just as much as style, and these pieces tick both boxes. The fit was exactly as described, and I felt confident wearing them straight out of the package.

The item was not as advertised. A full refund was only available if the item was returned to an address in China. As stated by the retailer this would cost over £20 with no guarantee that the parcel would arrive or the refund apply. Do not touch with a bargepole.

FROM CHINA. Not uk/London as web pages imply. Took ages to be delivered and because it’s from China the sizing was completely wrong. Upon attempting to return/exchange I was informed it would £23 postage!! For a £40 dress!!.. save yourself the money DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a teal dress for my daughters wedding. It was £45 but was misled as they say the company is in London. I received the dress and it's purple and green, definitely not teal that I ordered. I contacted them stating they had sent me the wrong dress and that I needed to return. I was offered 20% of dress to keep it and not return. Otherwise it would have to be returned to China?? ??? Why China its a London based company? Its all deceit. They said their warehouse in London was being renovated and it had to be returned to China and would cost £23.00. Why say it's a London based company. Its obviously the same as shein. Utter rubbish. Why should I lose out when they made the mistake. Please avoid this company at all costs as its all a sham. Im so disappointed at their customer service.

Terrible quality, sent the wrong colour dress which was cheap poor quality. When I contacted to say wrong colour had been sent, was told that London warehouse was being renovated so returns have to be posted to china. Never heard such rubbish in my life. Wouldn't refund dress for their mistake! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It's a scam.
