Audiologist was excellent. Very helpful and explained everything that was happening step by step. Very prompt.

As always Anthony was very welcoming. The appointment was on time and covered everything I could hope to receive by way of a review appointment. Anthony is knowledgeable and happy to offer advice if required. I am always made to feel valued and receive a first class service at every appointment.
I am happy to recommend the practice to anyone needing quality friendly service.

Went with my 91 year old mother. Jo on the desk was very friendly and warm. Antony, who dealt with my mother was very professional and caring. You felt you were talking to a friend. The after sales service was faultless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hidden Hearing in Altrincham.

I visited Anthony this morning having had concerns regarding potential hearing loss and tinnitus. I work as cabin crew, and was really worried after working with a technical issue, that meant working in a noisy environment over a long time.
I cannot praise Anthony and the lovely receptionist enough. I was made to feel heard, cared for and treated with the utmost professionalism from start to finish. I had a follow up e mail, a phone call by Anthony himself, that was very reassuring and helpful. Thoroughly professional yet friendly and sincere.
I highly recommend Hidden Hearing, Anthony and team if you have any concerns regarding your hearing.
A fantastic service, and will be returning.

Hearing had been degrading for sometime but put it down to age and earwax. Hearing check with Antony in Altrincham confirmed that hearing loss would benefit from hearing aids. So after ear wax removal and aids in.a whole new world has opened. Sounds which I had not heard for years clear. Normally I struggled with hearing speech but no more.
I can give 5 stars to the team at Altrincham. Well 10 actually but…. I would highly recommend.

My father has used Hidden Hearing aids since 2018. The switch from NHS aids to these was a massive improvement. In 2021 he upgraded the aids & the current aids are far easier to charge, clean & maintain.
He receives 6 monthly hearing checks. My father has dementia and the Altrincham branch (Antony & Jo) are so patient and excellent at explaining how to use the aids.

Went for a free hearing test and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I’ve worn NHS hearing aids for years but these new ones are truly fantastic my hearing with HH hearing aids has improved greatly. Kia the audiologist was fantastic her follow up appointments where great

The main thing that made the experience great was that I went from hardly being able to hear out of my right ear due to wax, to having my hearing back and a full hearing test to check that following the procedure my hearing was in good shape, all within a week. I had tried via Docs appointments, asking pharmacists etc for weeks beforehand. All three people I dealt with were really professional and friendly and the offices were smart and clean and welcoming. It was £70 well spent and I wouldn't now consider going anywhere else for help with my hearing,

I had a fantastic experience with Hidden Hearing. My new aids are fantastic and have made such a difference to me. The staff at Altrincham are always willing to go the extra mile and are so helpful. I have now gone to home visits which had been fantastic and I feel very confident recommending to my friends. Excellent service

What lovely, friendly and efficient people. I popped in to make an appointment for wax removal and they fitted me in immediately. Gabriela was great. She explained everything fully and gave sound advice. Anthony checked the need for wax removal before I was committed to spending money, which was great customer service.
Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again.

A very professional experience.

Antony was welcoming, reassuring and very helpful with his explanations about hearing loss. The tests were simple to understand and do. I was under no pressure whatsoever to go ahead with having the hearing aids it seems I need! I'm giving myself time to adjust to the thought.

Had some impressions taken for some in ear monitors at the Altrincham Branch. Super friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

I had ear wax removal procedure today carried out by Gabriela. Very professional, very effective, first class service. Highly recommended.

My dad is 90 and tried Hidden Hearing, unfortunately they werent for him but the staff couldnt have been more helpful. Fabbiha visited a number of times trying to help him, she would often just wait outside for ages waiting for his carers to arrive, I feel she went above and beyond visiting him. In the end he decided that he didnt want them and Fabbiha arranged a full refund without quesiton. Jo was also very helpful trying to arrange appointments to help. I admit I was worried about the money he spent but shouldnt have as Fabbiha just organised it without my intervention
