I was welcomed and everything was explained to me in a very professional way we discussed my hearing loss and my needs after a test I was shown hearing aids and how they would improve my hearing happy to say I was approved and selected my new aids I am happy that I can hear once again

The person who came was very professional but it’s very expensive. If you look online for the same product it’s not nearly as expensive. There are companies who are just as good for less money, my husband uses them so I know

The set up and appointment were very good and well organised as was the hearing test. I was happy to purchase hearing aids, but found out after that your price was a 100% mark up for the same product.
To be fair the refund happened quickly and efficiently which is another plus.
Truely my only gripe is the £3000 mark up on the price

Relaxed atmosphere with professional who knew exactly what they were doing. The questions I was asked helped me to explain how I was managing with my hearing aids. Every procedure was explained clearly to me before it took place.

From the Receptionist who opened the door who was really friendly and helpful. To Tasha and Rachel who actually did the ear wax procedure was also extremely friendly, explained the procedure very clearly. Was very professional and overall it was a very nice experience.

Premises, nice clean and tidy and interaction with all staff, pleasant and helpful. Had a problem with one of my hearing aids which was diagnosed and resolved on my visit. My main purpose was for a routine ear wax removal with Rachel Smith who was pleasant and helpful. She interacted well with me explaining what she was doing, why she was doing it and steps to be taken in protecting my hearing for the future. One unforeseen problem was that I had a hearing aid grommet stuck in my ear, but she carefully managed to remove it and resolve the the problem. The visit was successful and I left feeling that I had been in good hands and all was well and comfortable for my forthcoming holiday.

The hearing church went great and I also discovered I had dry inner ear, she prescribe olive oil spray which works wonder. The company is doing great work and I really appreciate what they’re doing.

My experience at the clinic was excellent as always and I have no problems at all. My only complaint was with the company policies in so far as that I pay £115 insurance but this does not include anything but the care of the hearing aids and the annual checkup. When I needed my earwax removed before I could have the hearing test, I had to go to another clinic as Hidden Hearing was too expensive - £70 for one ear! Where I went to have it done the cost was £40 and this would have been included in my annual insurance if I had purchased my hearing aids from them. Two other clinics I spoke to for a quote for ear wax removal were also cheaper that Hidden Hearing and both also included it in their annual coverage.

My experience was great and I felt very welcomed and accommodated. Staff are very thoughtful and respectful

I was tested by Yejide on April 18. The method was totally different from my first test made an ear specialist some years back. The information that illustrated the diagram I was shown made me understand the level of my hearing loss. That was the reason I decided to take a loan to buy the device though I am a pensioner.

I accompanied my husband on his initial visit to Hidden Hearing, Bexleyheath branch. The Audiologist, Yejide, provided a wonderful service. She was very professional and thorough, explaining everything she was doing in a friendly way to both of us as I had to participate in the testing of my husband's hearing. The appointment culminated in the purchase of hearing aids which have proved to be 'life changing'. My husband had a review the following week, also conducted in the most professional and friendly way by Yejide and has not looked back. We both highly recommend Hidden Hearing, Bexleyheath as the local place to go if you feel you have any hearing problems.
