I visited Hidden Hearing in Westbourne because they are local to my area, and I had researched their company and read positive reviews. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome and a reassuring consultation with Paul, the audiologist. He confirmed that I needed to wear hearing aids due to my significant hearing impairment.

Paul was very thorough and took the time to understand my needs, which helped me feel confident about wearing the aids. I have now been using them for two months, and it has made a remarkable difference in my life. I can genuinely enjoy social conversations and hear the TV without constantly adjusting the volume as I am deafening everyone else in the room!

Accepting that I needed hearing aids was challenging, as they represent a significant investment in my well-being. Nevertheless, I was prepared for this commitment. I've also returned for regular follow-ups to ensure the settings are correct. Victoria has been incredibly helpful, making sure I have all my questions answered before I leave.

I know I can return anytime if I encounter any issues. I am very pleased with the service I have received and the hearing aids, I would recommend visiting to get your hearing checked.

Had a really fantastic appointment with Roz! She explained everything super well, was absolutely lovely and then the ear cleaning was pretty chill and speedy too.

First class experience. The whole process from the consultation, through to fitting my new hearing aids was excellent. Nothing was rushed and everything was explained to make sure I felt comfortable and happy before I left the store. And a follow up appointment was made to make sure I had no issues and answer any questions. Can highly recommend.

If I could give them 6*s I would... this has completely blown my mind. I came in almost deaf in one ear due to so much ear wax buildup and left with superhuman hearing. I WILL be going back regularly. Highly recommended!

I visited Bournemouth on the 12th September. And found it interesting & useful. So far it has been good thank you. I’m still adjusting.

Pleasant reception and excellent, unhurried hearing examination and review from Paul followed by wax removal from one ear with his colleague. Just amazing to have my deteriorating hearing further improved. Costly, but impossible to put a price on restored quality of sensory life experience.

I made an appointment with Roz in Westbourne for ear wax removal. Roz was amazing from start to finish. Her knowledge and expertise put me at ease and made what could be an uncomfortable situation a pleasure. It was a quite a challenge and required two visits to get the job done but the professionalism demonstrated by Roz along with her friendly demeanor made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I have already recommended her services to others and will continue to do so. Well done Hidden hearing and thanks again to Roz for the wonderful service.
