Good afternoon, Mr Evans
Thank you for your 3- star review. We are glad to hear that your wax removal was carried out well.
Hearing tests are not usually carried out at the same appointment as wax removal.
However, if you would like to arrange a free hearing test please contact our bookings team on 0800 7408 708 who will be happy to help.
Kind Regards

It's wonderful to read that so many of our teams have a great bedside manner - we know from personal experience that it can be difficult to find that sometimes so we really do try. Debbie leads the way in this and we are so pleased she transformed your day.
We look forward to seeing you at some point in the future.
