The ear-wax removal procedure took no time at all, and I felt very comfortable throughout, despite the loud microsuction machine! Rachel was lovely and her advice was very helpful.

Took my husband for an annual check up for his hearing aids. So glad we went as there were some updates for the aids. Allison helped with the App on the phone and now everything is working. Sorted out a couple of issues with the aids as well as excellent service today.

From when I walked in prior to my hearing test I was treated very well and felt at ease from the receptionist.
At the actual hearing test the specialist was so knowledgeable and polite and explained the various questions I raised, nothing was to much trouble.

On my recent visit to the Canterbury branch, I was again impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail that I received from Hearing Dispenser Alison Preston. I had been accidentally subjected to a high pitched sound in my right ear, which left me with hearing difficulty, and I wanted reassurance of any damage and a test before my doctors appointment. Both were performed to a high level of professionalism, as are all my routine visits to this branch. Would highly recommend.

On the day of my appointment I was on crutches due to knee surgery 7 days before the staff were supportive in my movement and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Alison the audiologist even changed the way she did a hearing test so that I didn’t have to get into the sound booth! My husband and I were offered refreshments which was a nice treat.

SF, audiologist for Hidden Hearing, has looked after my hearing since 2019. She is an expert audiologist for hearing aids and is skilled at recommending for particular needs. My own need is listening to classical music, which at times is very quiet and covers a vast range of sound frequencies. She found the right hearing aids for me. She also recommended getting a table microphone which has transformed my life in restaurants and pubs. My hearing has not deteriorated any further over the 6 years I’ve been with SF and Hidden Hearing.
SF is very accommodating when one needs help with ‘app updates’ or minor problems with hearing aids; extremely efficient if they need to be sent away for repair; honest if something is ‘not worth the money’. I recommend SF and Hidden Hearing unreservedly.
