I was met by Jessica who welcomed me into the clinic. She explained exactly what she was going to do. Showed me the photographs of my current position with both ears, both before and after.
I had a very successful wax removal and hearing check. I left feeling I had enjoyed a very professional visit with a positive outcome. I would have no problem in endorsing Hidden Hearing, and will return there when the need arrives.

I knew I had some hearing loss but the worst problem was the tinnitus which made it very difficult to join in with conversations at the pub or gatherings. Booked a hearing test & saw Alison Preston at the Memorial Hospital in Sittingbourne. I explained everything to her, had the hearing test & then was fitted with demo hearing aids. I can't tell you how much of an improvement these have made to my hearing & there is an app on my phone where I can adjust them, very happy.

Friendly and professional service from Alison while having hearing test and hearing aids fitted. All my questions answered and time spent making sure the aids were fitted and working well. So glad I went to Hidden Hearing.

Visited the Canterbury branch where I had an appointment with Jess. She put me at ease and explained everything clearly and gave me lots of opportunity to ask questions. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.

I had my first hearing aid several years ago. I don't have significant hearing loss, but the aid did not much improve the loss that I have and the discomfort and extraneous noise made me discontinue the use.
I visited Hidden Hearing a month ago on reading about the discount being offered. The advice from Alison Preston, together with personal adjustment of the newer type of aid has been successful. I can now use it continuously and, in time, am sure will enjoy greater benefit.

This was my first experience of using Hidden Hearing, and I will absolutely be using them again. Rachel in Canterbury was exceptional; professional, warm and skilful in her practice. Not only did she explain the procedure in detail prior to beginning, but she took great effort in being personable, with a brilliant bedside manner.

We had a problem with filters ordered on line ,they didn't fit, and my right ear piece wasn't working properly. Went over to Canterbury ,(without an appointment), they were marvelous .They found the fault ,fixed it ,changed filters and supplied me with new ones, and checked my ears for wax ,all free of charge .Can't praise or thank them enough. Marvelous company ,marvelous service and staff.

My 92 year old client was quite nervous about having the wax removed from her ears, but was quickly put at ease by the lovely Rachel. Rachel was kind, gentle and very understanding. My client was extremely happy with the service and outcome. She's astounded by the difference it has made. Thank you Rachel.

Hidden hearing after a big company mess me about cancelling appointments and I booked with Hidden hearing and much better the service I got was local tiptop and so good hearing test full explained and service was excellent aftercare with nothing too much trouble.
Alison was professional and so good.
It's difficult to pick a company from them all and you can never be sure who to tust
But with Hidden hearing it was the best thing I done.
Little more expensive on hearing aids but very professional.
