Very professional consultation throughout

As always, Hidden Hearing were so helpful and friendly today.The test and advice that Alison Preston provided was thorough and professional. Leigh-Ann was warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble.
My hearing aids are invaluable and really make a huge difference to my life. I can’t explain how much confidence it gives me knowing that I can join in with friends and family now that I can hear clearly again.

This was the most thorough hearing test I've ever had. And I have had a lot. The explanation about the hearing aids being suggested and opportunity to try them outside the test room was excellent. The aids being suggested were the latest and top of the range. I was told a little, and later sent an email with information. about the cheaper alternatives. However, the ones I tried were not noticeable better than those I had tried elsewhere at a considerably lower price. So I did not make a purchase.

My father paid over £6000 for hearing aids! He was VERY frail at the time; 3 weeks after he signed up he had a very bad fall and one of the first things the nurses said to me in A&E was he needs to see an end of life care nurse as they thought he was so frail.
No member of family was with him when he signed up.
I've got evidence others have paid £3000. I've seen the same technology on sale for £30 pcm with a competitor at the time my father signed up.
Be warned if a relative of yours is thinking of talking to this organisation.
My father died a few months later.
Completely unethical. Selling very low cost technology at high premium prices to vulnerable and frail people.

We were warmly greeted with coffee in a comfortable lounge which was well appreciated after a difficult journey and parking in pouring rain. Alison Preston saw us and she was very professional and friendly. She gave extremely helpful advice and I would recommend her to anyone else.

Just had my ear wax removal done at the Canterbury branch, I can honestly say the whole experience was fantastic. After been suffering with blocked ears for a while, Rachel Smith & her trainee practitioner made me feel so at ease. I can recommend them enough.

Great welcome as usual at HH. My 6 monthly visit on this occasion was to have wax removed. The professional was Rachel who kept me fully informed and explained in detail before and during the procedure. At the end she advised me regarding the use of Earol in the 6 months leading up to my next appointment. Rachel was very professional, with a very pleasant manner throughout.

I have found the whole experience of upgrading from NHS hearing aids at Hidden Hearing Canterbury with Alison to be, honest, supportive, and kind. I was at all stages given space and time to think and ask questions. At no time did I feel pressured. I have been welcomed whenever I have a question or a need for technical assistance. It is an environment of relaxed ease, where I as a unique individual am treated with respect. My new hearing aids have made a enormous difference to my ability to hear, feel connected with others and importantly to my whole level of wellbeing. So many new interesting tests

So many new tests made visit refreshing. Samantha Lidington talked us through everything and replaced some of my cleaning aids. I realised how important it is to visit annually.

The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything in understandable language. I had from a previous test aids but found them not effective so hardly ever wore them. I was amazed how good these are and with the TV adapter a new world has opened up. I'm never without them.

Had my hearing aid from Hidden Hearing Canterbury nearly 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. My initial appointment with Alison was so different from an appointment with another company. There was no hard sell,once it was established that I needed a hearing aid everything was explained to me in plain English. I was told what options I had but not pressurised to buy what she thought I should have and as I mentioned I couldn’t be happier, I really don’t know how I managed without it. I would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing Canterbury and you won’t get a nicer consultant than Alison.
