I have had a brilliant personal assessment of my hearing its a year now since I have been wearing my Aids .When I first went to Hidden Hearing Alison was so caring and I wasn't pressured at all Everything was explained to me carefully and she made made sure I understood everything before I walked out the door wearing them for the first time. I have just had my first annual assessment and was pleased that all was normal and nothing had changed since a year ago. Alison and Rachael are Lovely ladies and put you at ease from the moment you walk in.

Visited the Canterbury branch for wax removal -saw Justine. What a lovely lady -completely put me at ease -explained everything that was going on and what she was doing. Excellent experience. Thank you

I was delighted with the professional and friendly service I received from Alison and Rachel. I was very unsure of wearing hearing aids but Alison put me at ease immediately, and I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise. Two weeks on I am happy with my hearing aids, so comfortable and the hearing is great.

My experience with Alison at Hidden Hearing was excellent. She was professional, knowledgable and made me feel completely at ease. Before my appointment I had been apprehensive about wearing a hearing aid but felt reassured and confident thanks to Alison. The hearing aids have made a massive difference socially and I have a new lease of life thanks to Hidden Hearing.

Professional Expertise and Genuine Care

I have had an NHS hearing aids for some years though I have only worn them for a day or two. I found they didn't really work and made my ears itch. My husband's hearing is much worse than mine but, even with the NHS aids he wore, he couldn't hear me. Some would say that was convenient but it was very depressing for us both. So, when I (without hearing aids) turned the television up, it was too loud for him when he was wearing his NHS aids. We both went to Hidden Hearing in Canterbury and were so impressed with Alison's knowledge and the care she took to check and recheck and adjust our aids meticulously. She explained everything and often demonstrated, with the use of technology, what she meant. Seeing the screen is really helpful. There was no rush, no attempt to "sell" us anything. She just wanted to be sure she had pinpointed our needs. We would recommend everyone over 60 years of age goes to see her. She won't give you hearing aids if you don't need them. I believe she is gifted in changing peoples lives for the better and I am so glad we found her.

Jessica efficiently removed a considerable quantity of wax from my ears using microsuction at the Canterbury clinic. She explained clearly what was happening. The before and after photos showed how well Jessica had performed the procedure. Thank you!

Visited the Canterbury Branch today and met a very competent and professional Jane Kershaw. From the moment she greeted me and until she had finish the treatment, I received excellent service. Everything was explained to me in a friendly/professional way. This is the first time I have used a service of this kind to remove wax from my ears, which was causing considerable distress in the past week. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jane at Canterbury in helping anyone who may have problems with their ears.

I received fantastic service at my wax removal appointment today!
The lady who greeted me at the door was lovely and Jane (the ear care practitioner) was wonderful too. The whole procedure was explained thoroughly to me by Jane and she made me feel very comfortable during the removal. I was also given a hearing screening afterwards to make sure my hearing was all ok.
I would thoroughly recommend using this company, in my opinion it is well worth the money! I'll be telling all my friends and family to come here in the future!

My experience at Hidden Hearing couldn't have been better. Walked in to be greeted by a lovely polite receptionist, shown to the waiting room, and was then seen by Jane for my ear wax removal treatment. Jane was super professional, a very calming presence reassured me of what was about to happen, and checked in with me throughout that I was okay and comfortable. I can't recommend this establishment enough, If I ever require wax removal again, Hidden Hearing in Canterbury will be my first call.

At Canterbury branch the receptionist was really friendly and fitted me in with an appointment with Jane Kershaw the same day for microsuction. Jane was a real expert and explained at all stages what she was doing. She gave me a further appointment to complete the suction of some stubborn wax. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Have been getting hearing loss in the last few months, eventually went ahead and booked an appointment here. Extremely nice receptionist and specialist. Explained in detail all I was about to have done, honestly didn’t think it was unpleasant at all, and Jane definitely spent plenty of time digging in and getting all the ear wax removed, and also explained how I should keep looking after them and what to use.

Couldn’t be happier if the service!
