Eax wax Removal
Am using Hidden Hearing to have impressions made for ear defenders. I was advised I had a build up of wax which needed removing before getting this done for best fitment. Having had wax removal with suction done only once before and was a bad experience I was a little dubious. But Jane Kershaw was absolutely fantastic. Ran through the whole process took video before and after and was a great result with nonpain at all. Could not recommend the Canterbury Hidden Hearing branch enough.

First time I have been to hidden hearing at Canterbury. My practitioner was Jane. Lovely and friendly, really knowledgable and put me at ease. She explained the procedure really clearly and at every stage she checked I was okay and updated me on what she was doing. Very positive experience. Highly recommend.

Ear Microsuction
I had wax removed by micro suction at Stour Street Canterbury as it was impossible to get an appointment elsewhere. I got the appointment within the month as opposed to three months.
The place was welcoming and friendly and warm and Jane who did the treatment was professional and courteous and explained all the procedures extensively.
The equipment was very up to date and before and after photos were astonishing.
A good service and I would definitely use HH again.

Feeling dejected
While previously I have had great experiences with the company this time I can't say the same.
The person lost part of my aid then told me 'oh you don't really need it ' making them uncomfortable. She didn't really listen to my issues and spent more time talking to my husband than me.
