Very professional service but was distracted by how absolutely stunning the beautiful young Indian girl that served me in the Cardiff shop
Prices were quite high and warranty not very long for products costing 3 or 4 grand but they were first class

I saw Jamie at the Cardiff branch. He was polite and professional and convinced me that I could benefit from a hesring aid. However, he promied to send me an email containing information about various products and three days later no such literature has appeared onmy email address. In investigating more information online I believe that your pricing is likely to put me off further dealings with your company

Much better and worthwhile follow-up appointment than ever experienced at Amplifon in Cardiff who never adjusted hearing aids to match test results since first configuration..

Unfortunately I am left with no alternative but to leave a one star review with regards to what I feel is an appalling customer service.

It’s not the first time I have experienced huge difficulties trying to speak to someone on the phone or obtain a call back so I could order some filters and domes for my hearing aids. Over the last few days nobody answers the phones or even returns my calls and my emails remain unanswered.

The after service is very poor indeed and continues to be a huge let down.

Jamie in Cathedral Rd Audika is outstanding. He dealt with my 95 year old father with patience and professionalism. He ensured he understood how to make the hearing aids connect to his phone and really couldn't have been more helpful. This is after a dreadful experience with Amplifon.

Excellent service at Audika in Cardiff with Jamie. I had a full annual hearing test which was very thorough. Jamie had time to discuss any concerns I had with my hearing and explained the findings of the test. I can highly recommend Audika.

Felt comfortable throughout. The examiner explained everything in detail and I felt confident in his explanations. He was switched on and obviously knew what he was doing and saying.

Experience was very good. Jamie explained everything that happened during the appointment and was very reassuring.

Called at branch as requested by Cardiff branch, only to find all they wanted me to do, was complete two forms something to do with a change of Company ownership. Not in a good frame of mind at that moment, as attending the branch takes more than a little arranging at my age (88).

On arrival, met at the door, shown to waiting room - called in on exact time - on test - very easy to follow instructions, patience, explanations very good and thorough de-brief with assessor.

After waiting for an appointment on the NHS which has been quite some time I decided to go to AUDIKA and I'm glad I did ,the gentleman was friendly and very thorough with the tests done,explained everything he was going to do very informative, well worth the visit.

My yearly review was done professionally and with care. The friendly approach was much appreciated. First class service!
