I would like to say how fantastic the audiologist (David Cox) was in my recent visit - he was patient, a great problem solver and kind - the experience was wonderful and my problems were resolved - I will look forward to my next visit

Very welcoming service with expert care and attention

Really good customer service at Cardiff office. Looked after by Jamie. Thorough test and follow up meetings to ensure everything was right. Delighted with my new hearing aids, they have significantly improved my hearing compared to my previous ones.

The therapist arrived on time. She is very efficient and at the same time, friendly and supportive. She answered all my questions and made sure that I understood. I look forward to her next visit.

I found Mr Cox the audiologist very helpful, he explained the working of the aids I used and the functions very well. The after sales service is very good also.

Another great experience, having my new hearing aids tested and fitted. Audiologist Esther patiently, fitted and tested my new hearing aids ,and advised me of ways to improve the quality of my hearing using the appropriate App.

I was met by a friendly receptionist, and was then greeted by the audiologist who explained in detail how the procedure was going to proceed. He was very polite and I felt at ease straight away

All at hidden hearing were very friendly and professional. My appointment lasted for approximately 1 hour and it was carried out by the audiologist without being rushed and was very thorough, I was more than pleased.

I found John very pleasant the test was a good experience and the outcome very rewarding.

The level of support and service from both Jessica ( ear wax removal) and David ( hearing check expert) was excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are both very reassuring.

From the moment I walked into reception I was met with great courtesy and received a thorough consultation with David. He was able to answer any questions that I had and to refer me to the next stage. The next expert, Jess was also extremely reassuring and courteous throughout my treatment. I will be highly recommending Hidden Hearing.
