Had a a really pleasant visit when i went here a few weeks ago.

From the moment i entered i was offered a drink at the reception area, and then i met with the very professional Daniel Nicolson , who did a number of test as i have been struggling hearing things now and again, and have been speaking louder than usual and getting complaints from colleagues of me shouting on the phone - i work in a call centre , but the whole experience start to finish was pleasant and i would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a hearing test.

We can't speak highly enough of Kia Kirk at the Chester branch of Hidden Hearing. From the outset, she was attentive, thorough and highly professional. We have visited three times for my partner's assessment and fitting of new hearing aids and nothing was too much trouble. Kia's attention to detail was excellent and she was always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Terry is fabulous!! I was extremely nervous attending for a wax removal appointment- due to previous negative experiences at other clinicians and also previous/on going ear issues.
Terry was patient, kind and understanding . She was informative and supportive through whole treatment (which I know is simple for many) but for myself it was a real challenge. She has re built my confidence and I am now booked back in for my second ear to be treated.
