Truly exceptional service – the quality of customer care is simply outstanding. My wife and I both had tests – Lucy dealt with us in a very very professional manner. She couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable.
There is no hard sell despite the free hearing test – I did not need hearing aids (yet!) My wife did – she is the delighted with the product and the way Lucy introduced them to her and has helped her get used to them. Highly recommended!!

Hidden Hearing Chester
After a lot of research and having various advertising on social media, I decided to have a hearing assessment at Hidden Hearing at Chester. Excellent communication from the very start of booking an appointment . Daniel the Audiologist was exceptional, explaining the testing , hearing devices and my own requirements. I am so pleased with the service and the promise of the aftercare offered to me . Right decision was definitely made to go to Hidden Hearing Chester .

Examination and information I received was excellent, was made to feel very comfortable the minute I arrived for my appointment, lovely calm environment felt no pressure to make immediate decisions, Would Definitely recommend.

Always have a good experience at Hidden Hearing, Chester. Receptionist Rebecca is always welcoming and audiologist Daniel is so friendly and efficient. He checked my hearing thoroughly, told me how it compared with last year and adjusted my hearing aid so it immediately felt more comfortable. I feel my hearing is in good hands!
