I had an excellent experience at the Chester Hidden Hearing clinic. Terri guided me through the process and explained everything clearly. The results were really amazing - my hearing felt like mufflers had been taken off my ears. Friends and family had started to say that I was asking them to repeat themselves a lot, and I was worried I was losing my hearing, but this treatment has made a vast difference.

I was very impressed by my recent visit to Hidden Hearing in Chester. Lucy, the audiologist, listened carefully to my concerns. The tests seemed very thorough and the results were clearly explained. She described all of the available options in terms of hearing aids and ongoing support in a friendly and professional manner. If you have any doubts about your hearing I would thoroughly recommend a consultation.

The hearing test was most thorough and the audiologist very friendly and professional, so 5 stars here without doubt. Sadly my one star review concerns the focus on selling the most expensive product in the range available. £6,000 is way more than I can afford, yet lower priced products are available, but not discussed in detail (other than to say they are not as capable in their function). I wouldn't say any pressure selling was applied but once I said I couldn't justify this amount I was offered a list of credit arrangements. There are many high spec hearing aids on the market from recognised brands that are substantially lower in price. I would have appreciated the chance to have tested a lower priced option purely for comparison purposes. I don't blame my audiologist at all as other reviews suggest this may be a company practice to 'aim high'. Once again the level of expertise and thoroughness of the test was excellent, but I don't agree with focussing sales on the most expensive product. I would have probably purchased something that was effective but more realistic for my budget.

UPDATE
I have added 2 stars today as I was contacted by my audiologist to offer a test for the lower price models available, and at a time convenient to me. I was impressed by Hidden Hearing's quick response to my review, and the offer to try other models. This does show that the company is interested in the customer's views and care about their service levels.I do accept that the depth of service post sales is far superior to other audiology centres, but I can't ignore that a set of Phonak Lumity 90s can currently be bought for approximately 3k and are offered with a 4-year warranty (at a well known high street chain). Yes their back-up may not be as thorough or flexible, but this is a price I can live with. Maybe in future Hidden Hearing can provide a few options for customers to try, so when making a purchase you can feel confident it's the right choice for both your budget and needs?

Excellent investigation of hearing problem by Audiologist Terri. She made me feel very comfortable with a friendly manner and was very thorough in explaining everything. Issues diagnosed, dealt with swiftly and good advice given on next steps including follow up appt. Price very reasonable for the work done. Would recommend Terri at Chester branch if you have any hearing issues.

Nice experience and good explanation of what was going to happen. Very hygienic environment and the wax removal was easy and comfortable.

I have had a few appointments with Teri at the Chester Hidden Hearing branch for wax removal, and have to say, after being seen by other providers, Teri is the best! During the course of each appointment, Teri took her time to look very closely at what was going on, to explain the videos taken of each ear, and then very gently and thoroughly remove the wax. On top of this, Teri has given me invaluable advice and tips that has significantly improved the condition of my ear excema. Would highly recommend 🙂

The whole experience from making the appointment to treatment was excellent. As I was very deaf before the treatment, communication was very difficult. Terry was patient professional & knowledgeable. She took the time needed to explained each step along the way which gave me confidence in her ability. The result was amazing and the process painless. Terry gave me advice on the after and follow up care I needed.

We saw Lucy in Chester and she was so thorough and took time to listen to us. Would highly recommend her. She was extremely professional.

Over a period of a couple of months my hearing aids had ongoing Bluetooth connectivity issues. During this period Hidden Hearing worked hard to resolve the problem and finally resolved it.

It was quite an emotional experience because I didn’t realise how deaf I was. Lucy Triggs made me feel relaxed and confident and on my second visit I felt much more at ease. I am now looking forward to a big change in my hearing and the benefits it will bring me.

After a dreadful service from a so called hearing specialist who should concentrate on glasses, their specialality!!! I came across Hidden Hearing.
What a superb service from consultation to supply and consistent superb aftercare. If you need hearing aids don't go anywhere else, Hidden Hearing is the one and only place to go.

Daniel & Rebecca at Hidden Hearing Chester are always very professional & efficient dealing with me, as well as friendly & easy to contact. I received excellent advice & now have some hearing aids which make a huge difference.
