I suffer with psoriasis of the outer ear, which during a breakout leads to deafness and tinnitus. The staff could not be more helpful in clearing the gunk that collects during a breakout.

Explained fully about the treatment and was very professional when treating my ears

My mum is 95 housebound deaf ( obviously) and partially sighted. The care from hidden Hearing with home visits has been wonderful..any problem and a lovely lady comes and spends as long as is needed to help mum, and stays until mum is confident with her hearing aids etc

Very helpful friendly professional staff. I had to change appointment times around my work and staff arranged times to suit me. Tests and treatment carried out proficiently and with care. Good explanations of test and treatments provided reassurance. Would recommend.

Hidden Hearing went out for their way to help out with an appointment at short notice and the lady that does ear wax removal is very professional whilst at the same time makes you feel at ease

I popped in for advice and was given an appointment for later that day. Norrie, who dealt with me, understood completely what I was going through, having hearing issues himself. He explained the whole way through the appointment what he was doing and why and what information he hoped to gain and how it would help with the final outcome. Once the hearing part of the appointment was complete, he discussed my options with me, explaining the different types of aids available and the cost. He managed to find hearing aids that were within my budget and were giving me everything I needed from them.

My visit was so much less stressful than I had expected. Very efficiently done.

Everything worked well. Appointment started on time, staff behaved very professionally, efficiently, and were very helpful. What more can you ask for?

I had a great experience with Teresa at Hidden Hearing Dundee, she is so lovely and has a great sense of humour so the time flies by. I was having issues with one of my ears due to pneumonia and she handled it very professionally and was reassuring by explaining the whole process and making sure I was comfortable. I really appreciate the fact she also had a follow up appointment with me to ensure everything was still ticking along fine. Couldn't fault the service and if I have any more issues I will deffo be back in the future! Many thanks Teresa and Hidden Hearing Dundee Staff

I had to have earwax removed as I could barely hear at all - a great experience at Hidden Hearing - trustworthy, professional, clean & pleasant environment, plus easy to get to in Castle Street. Theresa is superb at her job. Would definitely use Hidden Hearing again.
