Went for hearing "MOT" on 1st anniversary of aids being fitted. New hearing test with aids adjusted based on results. Excellent work by audiologist Jen with Su on reception. Would thouroughly recommend.

Thank you to Su, from the Leigh-on-sea branch. My hearing aids had stopped working and I popped in on the off chance. Su couldn’t have been any more helpful and had them fixed in no time.

This was my first time having my hearing checked and I was a little nervous of what the outcome would be. I needn’t have worried! Jen was both professional and personal. She listened carefully to the reasons I had come to see her and reassured me, outlining exactly what I could expect from the testing process and how the results would show if hearing aids were needed. Once the testing had been completed the results were explained clearly and the advice was to be retested in 18 months (already booked!). An added bonus was that my husband was able to have his hearing tested too as there was time before the next client, he is also booked in for the next test. I can not recommend Hidden Hearing more highly, Jen was just fantastic.

My Wife and I each bought a set of Oticon hearing aids from Hidden Hearing, Leigh on Sea, and from the moment we met Jen we were relaxed and felt confident in our choice. That was over 12 months ago and it has proved to be so, as nothing is too much trouble and she ensures that we obtain the maximum enjoyment from being able to hear clearly once again
I must also mention Keely who is the receptionist and always makes sure we remember our appointments

I have just visited the Leigh on Sea branch and would like to commend Jen and Keely for the service that they provide. Always so friendly and willing to help with any problems without attempting to fleece you! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Friendly staff for the last 10 years. Cannot fault the service. Both Keely and Jen are professional and caring.

I would just like to say thank you to the receptionists at my local hidden hearing branch in leigh always very helpful and will try to get you an appointment if yo have a problem with your hearing aids Jenny C will always have time for you .jenny even fitted me in once during her lunch break always manages to solve my problem i was really glad i went to hidden hearing in leigh well worth the money that they cost me thank you all once again from nick s

I have been with HH for about 10 years & have found the product, service and attention by my audiologist second to none. She has worked hard to find a solution to my hearing problem (I have tinnitus as well as hearing loss) and I also know that she has put hours in outside of office hours.

I went for a hearing test at Hidden Hearing in Leigh - on- Sea. The test was carried very professionally and sensitively by Jen . After the test she explained the results very clearly and concisely. Both Jen, and the staff, were very helpful and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hidden Hearing to anyone who has issues with their hearing.

Jennie at the Leigh-On-Sea branch was absolutely fantastic today. This was my first visit and Jennie was able to really quickly understand my own personal hearing situation. Her thorough yet personable approach is amazing, and she took the time to fully understand all of the details affecting my hearing issues over the past few years. But rather than just simply jumping to selling me hearing aids following a series of quick tests, Jennie explained to me what was actually going on with my hearing, before making some really great recommendations. Her expert knowledge was absolutely clear, but her empathetic and professional manner was a true breath of fresh air. Armed with this new information, I am fully prepared to get my hearing sorted, starting with proper medical attention. After which I will not hesitate to quickly return to see Jennie so that she can help with my learning problem, and I just know that she will do her upmost best to give me back the opportunity to live my life without impairment. Thank you Jennie!

I was most impressed by the quality of service I received at the Leigh on sea branch . The hearing aids made me realise what I had been missing for some years . The quality of the sound is excellent . The friendly staff made me feel at ease the whole time I was in the branch . Nick, the audiologist was very patient and guided me through the hearing test process . I also saw Jen the audiologist who made some adjustments and was very helpful. I was welcomed by the receptionists Su and Keely, who very kindly made me a hot chocolate in the few minutes before my appointment time . All in all a very good experience.

Great service, and my family think its fantastic that I can hear and join in conversations again.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get there hearing sorted. I wasted so much time with the NHS.

Excellent service! Got a cup of tea on arrival and chatted with friendly receptionist. Jennie did my hearing test, absolutely lovely lady. Very thorough and talked me through each test as we went along. Highly recommend!!

I was anxious before the micro suction procedure. I was immediately put at ease by Wendy who was kind, considerate and very professional. I saw before and after photographs and the experience was painless. I fully recommend the service and will be returning if the situation arises again.
