Wendy at the Leigh on sea branch was very patient and professional. Also highly skilled at her job.

All the tests confirmed what I already suspected. The Hearing aids do everything I could have wished for. The audiology examination and advice on what to expect was excellent. Thanks to Jennie's testing and advice I no longer think my wife is mumbling!

Saw Wendy at Leigh who was very thorough. She explained what was going to happen and updated me as it was happening. I had to come back for a second appointment but having taken her advice regarding preparation everything went smoothly. Made a huge difference

I initially went for an ear wax removal appointment with Wendy, who was very welcoming and explained the process in detail before doing the work. She advised I have a free hearing test a few days later, which I did but was reticent as I have been almost completely deaf in my right ear for 30 years. I saw Nick Dean who tested both ears and surprised me when he said my right ear was showing signs of life. Now 2 weeks later I have hearing aids and unbelievably can hear 'in stereo' again which is something I was told years ago would not be possible. Technology has advanced of course, and thanks to Nick I am now able to enjoy conversations in all environments. The team is very friendly and very courteous, it was a privilege to meet them!

The level of care understanding and professionalism from the staff was truly amazing

The ear care practitioner (Wendy Green) explained exactly what she was going to do to remove the ear wax build up. She showed pictures of my ear canals before and after the micro suction treatment. She also advised that I keep water out of my ears for a minimum of 48 hours to prevent any infection. Thank you Wendy for such excellent customer service and painless treatment.

Great atmosphere, lovely people! Overal made me feel really comfortable explained everything in easy English terms! Non of that fancy medical term rubbish! I was seen by Jennie, would highly recommend seeing her if you can! She was so down to earth! The whole experience was so good even if I was told I needed hearing aids ha!

My wife was very nervous, her ears were badly blocked, but Wendy put her at ease and cleared both ears with no discomfort improving her hearing. We both had hearing tests with Nick and found to be in need of help. Our hearing aids were supplied and tailored to our needs very quickly, watching television is a pleasure now!

Wendy Green removed my wax which had not been removed by previous methods.I had to turn down the volume of my car stereo. I will have my ears done every 6 months .

I struggled to get to my go to have my ear cleaned and I was in desperate need to have this done. Hidden hearing could not be faulted on their customer service, and for getting to see me so swiftly. The person I saw Wendy, talked me through everything and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

Jenny was very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease throughout the hearing test procedure.
She is very knowledgeable and did not try the "hard sell".

I have had ear wax problems for donkeys' years and discovered microsuction some years ago when it was less genarally avaialble. I have attended Hidden Hearing in Leigh on Sea twice now - excellent service both from Wendy Green (the practitioner) and from the very helpful receptionist. The practice is a little more expensive than some others but well worth it. They require payment in advance but as they do not offer "key pad entry" of CC details and I won't use that method, they have facilitated my preference and allowed payment on arrival. So - more than happy to recommend.

Excellent service all round and,very easy to book online.
I had lost all hearing in my right ear and was nervous as, had never had microsuction before.
Wendy explained the procedure to me and made me feel at ease all the way through my appointment.
I will return here, if I ever have problems with my ears again.
Great service and everyone was very friendly.
