I had a loss of hearing in one ear, the audiologist in the Loughton branch checked and discovered the ear was blocked by wax. An appointment was made to have it removed by micro-suction. Wendy was reassuring and very gentle, and the blockage successfully removed.
A very positive experience all round.

The whole place is spotless and the reception is always genuinely warm and welcoming. Today my wife and I were booked in for ear wax removal carried out by Wendy Green. Wendy was excellent, professional and has a personality that put us both at ease. I was astounded at the amount removed from my left ear. the before and after photos proved the removal was successful and recommend anyone suffering from ear wax to use this service.

I had my ear wax removed from one ear on Tuesday afternoon by Wendy Green at their paractice in Loughton Essex. The procedure was very professional and I was amazed when she gently removed a hearing aid dome from my ear which must have been there for about a year. Thank you Wendy. Well done.
